I found Grayzer from a long list of Tesla recommended installers. Let me say, I am SO glad I went with Grayzer. They visited my house and prepared a quote within days. All other competitors were slow to respond and over priced.Max P and Todd arrived on time and did the work swiftly with top notch professionalism. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical across my attic to the other side of my house. We were in the middle of a heatwave and the attic was extremely hot, but they met the challenge and delivered perfect work. The location of the charger requires running electrical in a very tight spot and was expecting conduit outside my house. However, they pulled off what I though was impossible and did a SUPER clean install. Nothing exposed, just a Tesla charger on the wall, exactly where I wanted it.Post install, Max P ran me through the warranties, wifi setup, basic instructions on things to do before calling for help. He was very knowledgeable with Tesla chargers and explained why I should pair wifi. Best of all, I am no longer charging at 4mph. My car charges above 40mph, a 10x improvement.Seriously look no further for an electrician. Having tried a few others on various projects, this team is the best.

ATX Elec. was fantastic to work with. I had a very uncommon (so far) need of for a generator manual transfer switch where my F-150 Powerboost acts as the generator. Some electricians were very slow to come and talk to me about it and some essentially hung up the phone when I told them that the F-150 was the generator.ATX Elec. was excited for the project once I explained what I was doing. They sent out a tech in just a couple of days to review what was needed and started the work on the spot! After working through a few issues they were able to get my manual transfer switch up and running and I couldn't be happier. No more power outages for me!ATX Elec. was was, professional, and ready to tackle something new. I really appreciate their help.

Joe Rizzo sent Tech named James the next day to repair my residential generator. James was prompt, courteous, thorough and knowledable. James explained everything as he examined each section and promptly repaired it. He even cleaned all the housing and explained the maintenance procedures that would have helped. I will definitely keep Capital Power Systems and Joe Rizzo in my to call list.

Made an appointment for to install a heater. Never showed up and never called. Wasted my time.

I have been very happy with this company's responsiveness. I called late on a hot Friday afternoon with an AC problem. They were able to schedule a visit at my convenience. While the problem was correctly diagnosed as a clogged drain apparently the first technician was unable to completely clear the line as the problem recurred about a week later. They promptly sent someone out to check the unit and again clear the line and I have had no trouble since. The company was really good about keeping me informed and both technicians were quite professional. I bought the annual maintenance agreement and it has already paid for itself.

Francisco and Zach had to reschedule with us due to the rain, but they showed up early on a Saturday and knocked it out for us. In addition to doing a magnificent job of installing the charger exactly where we wanted it (we had changed our mind at the last minute), they went above and beyond and pulled another cable of mine, for an entirely different project, and left me with some extra material to help me finish it up on my own later. They ended up saving me a ton of time on something completely unrelated to the charger, without me asking, because they recognized what I was up to and that they were in a situation to do something helpful.As for the charger itself -- we love it! Worrying that we'll have enough time to charge up our car is no longer something we waste our time with. With this install it charges bonkers fast. We love it.
