I am so happy we found Grayzer Electric!! We had Brock and Dylan out at our home a few weeks ago to address some inspection issues and do a few other things in preparation for our remodel. We have exclusively used Efficient for our AC needs for years. When most of our faucets became difficult to use, we decided to try the plumbing department at Efficient. Alan was friendly and professional (even wearing boot covers to protect our floors). He diagnosed the problem and even though it wasn’t what we wanted to hear (our faucet handles were stripped and we needed new ones), Alan helped to guide us through the next steps. He was so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Alan was also super responsive to messages and calls and cared about making sure we were happy with the job that was done. Cody and Pablo assisted Alan, as we had four faucet sets that were being installed, and they were both professional and friendly. We now have four beautiful faucet sets installed that are working beautifully and bring a smile to our faces everyday!Efficient even has a one year warranty on labor and we know we are in the best hands with Efficient should anything go wrong- they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the work that they do. Chris was very professional and friendly. He got to the source of my problem very quickly, was able to fix it very quickly, and was able to explain it to me in as much detail as I asked for.

Service preformed: repair of broken pvc water supply line. Before beginning the repair the plumber quoted a price of $582. I asked: “is the $99 service call charge included in the $582” He replied “yes”. When he presented the bill it was for $691. I said: “But you told me when you arrived that the service fee was included in the $582”. He replied: “Oh I’m sorry, I misunderstood “. I use quotation marks as the conversation was just as I quote and represents the plumber’s admission of his MISUNDERSTANDING.I don’t mean to represent this is a bait and switch but I don’t think I should be charged for his misunderstanding and would hope to be refunded the service call.

Good work! My kitchen plumbing broke causing a lot of moisture from leaking water, so I called Turbo Plumbing to help me fix the damage, and they did! After scheduling my appointment, they came on time and checked the pipe, changed it and fixed everything in record time. Totally recommended!

My heating system was given a scheduled maintenance check. The technician was very thorough. He found a loose connection and secured it before it could become a problem. He also sealed a section that had loosened over time to help with circulation. I have been using ARS Rescue Rooter for several years now and would recommend their services to anyone.
