Best Water Heater Installation in Austin TX
Grayzer Electric is the BEST! They were quick to respond and provide helpful information after I emailed them questions/requests from our Home Inspection Report. And Max and Andy were professional, quick, and affordable with recessed lighting and chandelier install! We will definitely be using them for all of our electrical needs!

This is the second time I have used Dunman Electric for minor electrical work and each time they were on time, professional and competent. Today Wesley replaced several GE Z-Wave switches that apparently were damaged during recent series of power outages. I had already purchased the replacement switches, but they were both in 3-way configurations that I struggled to understand. Wesley easily replaced all the bad switches and I deleted the old ones from my system software and added the replacements. He also corrected a poor connection I had made in the white white circuit. Everything works properly at the switch and through Alexa. Thanks Dunman Electric and especially Wesley.

I too had a bad experience with this company. I set an appointment with them for 8:00AM this morning. I specifically held off until this spot was available so that I could go to work late in order to meet the electrician. After no arrival or call, I called the Bryant at 8:30. The person that answered said that they had a safety meeting and then the electrician had to stop by the supply house. When I asked why they didn't call she replied that they would be leaving soon. Not sure why Bryant believes that they do not need to arrive on time like the rest of us. I understand that things happen, but a call is good business and common courtesy. When I told her I couldn't wait and would find someone else she was short and obviously frustrated that I would not hang around waiting for them to arrive. I now need to find another electrician, set an appointment and go through this drill again. Very disappointing!

Abacus is absolutely the best company I have worked with for a couple of projects. These people have professionalism, integrity, honesty, job knowledge and so very personable I have had the pleasure of working with. All my future needs will most definitely be through this company. Everybody from phone work, advisors, technicians, service managers, etc. are fabulous people and they are truly there to help you with small to very large jobs. I want to thank Abacus and their professionals. This time it is BIG kudos to my new friends/associates:Carlos Carter, Dereck Vizcarrondo and Chase Rampy. If I were still working I would have to steal some of the company's employees. GREAT FOLKS!

These guys are awesome! 5 stars isn't enough. I will call them first for any future electrician needs at the business and at my own home. They went above and beyond during the unprecedented winter storms in Texas When we were the only business in the area that that still didnt have power, when it was restored to everyone else around us, after 2 days of straight brown out - I knew we had an isolated issue at our property. Mind you it was after 9pm, and I knew it wasn't a rolling black out issue (our meter was on) but no power at all in this large 3 story building. I called a dozen electricians and all were either no answer or told me it would be days before some one would come. Already feeling defeated, I looked one more time on google and found Morningstar Light & Electric and decided to call. Natalie promptly answered my call, I explained my situation, and after a brief hold she told me some one was on their way. Sure enough Ken showed up through the miserable driving conditions and walked and talked with me for over an hour and got our power back on. He answered all of my questions and showed me step by step what I could do it something similar happens again(I would have never figured it out - with all the knobs, buttons, levers on this commercial main disconnect). From the first phone call to them I didnt even ask about what their charges, rates, or emergency after hour fees would be- I was just glad to have a professional come out and help me . I told Ken and Natalie to contact me directly the next day and Ill take care of the invoice my self. A couple of days go by and Natalie calls me to tell me that Morningstar Electric is not going to charge us a dime!Electrician Ken and Morningstar Electric came out here in the middle of the night during an ice/snow storm that Texas has never seen before and gave light and heat to all the people stuck here! WITH NO CHARGE!

A job well done . I'm a satisfied customer of 1st Home &Commercial Service. We had a problem with our Hot water heater not working , so I called 1st Home and little to my surprise they sent Mr. Caleb out to our house within 30 minutes. This man diagnosed the problem in about 3-5 minutes and changed the fried Breaker out, the hot water started working. This man told me to call our electric company because of the numerous power surges in our community to file a claim, we did , the next thing I knew our problem was solved both ways. We got our Hot water back on and at the same time a claim being processed to refund what we paid 1st Home . Great service , and I will be definitely be referring 1st Home.

My 20 year old HVAC unit has been crippling along since last summer. After a couple of freon recharges and band-aids to keep it moving, I decided to bite the bullet and replace it. I did my homework and had about 5 bids to replace both the inside and outside unit.Matthew came to my house and talked to me about my options for replacement. He was prompt, professional, responsive, informative and genuine. Matthew explained everything in a way I could understand. I didn't decide to go with Fox right away. He checked in on me without pressuring me to go with their company. I can't say enough good things about his service.Installation day - Kelvin and Manny showed up on time. They were respectful (my install was in the midst of COVID-19), wore their masks, prompt and did an excellent job on the install. Lastly, I had spray insulation added to my attic. Glass and Angel were the installers. They too were prompt, professional, friendly and did a very nice job with the spray installation. Both crews seemed to be happy with their jobs and enjoy what they were doing. Matthew even sent a pizza for lunch to one of the crews and they were very grateful for that!Overall my experience with Fox was EXCELLENT! They were not the least expensive of the bids but their price was competitive. I love that they handled the Lennox rebates (which I waited to do this review until I received it) and also took care of the COA rebate process. I felt they did an honest job with professional from start to finish. This was a big home investment for me so I wanted to make sure I went for quality and not for some fly by night company that might not last the 10 years to follow through with the warranty work. In this case, I feel I got what I paid for and I am extremely satisfied and grateful for their service!

the best option for my family and for me if we talk about air conditioners, before, I used to worry about how I would keep my family comfortable in the strong changes of weather and in the different seasons of the year, but now that is a thing of the past, INCREDIBLE.

I scheduled an appointment last Thursday with ARS for an AC service. My AC is not cooling properly and cannot reach the set temperature, and I also have a plumbing issue with a possible pipe clog and the water dripping out constantly from the hot water heater outside overflow spout. My appointment was today with a 4 hour window from 4pm-8 pm. I made arrangements with work to leave early and was fortunate to have coworkers cover my patients at the hospital while I made the 20 mile drive home to be present for the service window. At 4:45 pm I received a call from the technician Ethan. He told me he had been running service calls all day and wouldn’t be able to make my appointment. He said the earliest he would come out to help me would be next Friday.Unable to reschedule with work again this week, I explained I was also a customer needing service and how could he cancel at the beginning of my scheduled window when he had 4 hours to get help from another technician? Ethan hung up on me.I called the main number and was transferred to a manager. She also said she would not send anyone to my house to repair my AC as “the weather had gotten warmer and they were too busy helping customers with AC issues.”She then said she would transfer me to someone who could help me, disconnected the call before I could reply and transferred me to a voicemail. Poorly ran business with no integrity and absolutely no customer service.Use with caution!

I had and am still having a great experience with Smart Charge America (SCA). They installed a Tesla Wall Connector for me. The quoting process was very responsive and accommodating. I recommend you get quotes from multiple places to see what a fair price is.David came and did a great job. He was friendly and professional. My wall connector is currently having issues and SCA's service team is helping me through it and corresponding with Tesla for me. They are very responsive and responsible. Highly recommend SCA.
