I've been a customer for years. Currently moving out of state and needed a small job done. Sent a video and was providing access to the house to have install of an outlet done in order to sell the house.Grayzer refused to take on the work unless I was present in the house when the electrician arrived.This is disappointing not only because we aren't in the state for this but also that there is still rampant Covid in our community and I can't be the only person trying to get work done without contact.Highly disappointing service from this company. Go somewhere else.

Max Electrical came out to help with wiring an outlet for our dryer, and we couldn't have asked for more professional service than Darin and his team. They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and solution, and wrote up an estimate quickly. They had everything necessary to complete the repair already on-hand, so it ended up being a same-day fix. My partner and I recently purchased our first home in March of 2021. With the market being as insane as it is, it was incredibly overwhelming when we learned we needed to replace our entire breaker panel and change all outlets/switches to CopAlum. We really love Molitor Electric. They have always been very efficient and CLEAN, which I love, because I can't say that about every tradesman who has come into my home.He's also very honest. I had an instance one time where my water heater broke and was under warranty. When I called the water heater company, they sent someone out and told me it was an electrical problem. So, I called Molitor Electric. A technician was sent out right away and it turns out that it was not an electrical problem after all. The technician could have easily charged me for unnecessary repairs but instead showed me that everything was working properly and showed me how to keep the water heater repairman honest when he returned. In fact, this exact situation happened to me again some years later and I was able to show the water heater repairman that it was not an electrical issue when he tried to claim it was.

I have used Dial One Electrical for years now on many projects. They have done small jobs such as change out light fixtures, added a phone line and ran power out to my pond. They also did a big home addition project including not only the electrical portion but they ran the data and cable lines as well. The technicians have always been very professional and knowledgeable and the prices have always been very fair ( not to mention my senior citizen discount they offer ). After reading their positive Google ratings, I decided to hire the electrician. EARLY ON IN THE YEAR, WE HAD SOME BAD LUCK WITH CONTRACTORS, AND WE DIDN'T DO ENOUGH VEtting OF CONTRACTORS. Surprisingly, he arrived at the very start of the allotted time frame, quickly identified the source of the problem, and resolved it by replacing a faulty outlet, fuse, and adding a new one. A nice guy who told it like it was. The services at Top Tech aren't inexpensive, but they're well worth it.

This company is great for quick electrician services when you need them! I called to get a light fixture fixed and got an appointment scheduled for the next morning.
