Called to get a quote on moving some inside wiring due to an HVAC remodel and Megan (who answered the phone) told me that they don't work with other contractors (meaning the HVAC contractor).

They arrived on time, were very professional, very fair pricing, and completed the work quickly.

We hired Trutec to install few chandeliers we got for our new house. The old ones were very old style and we wanted to install new modern ones. Cole and his team did such an amazing job. Our main entryway chandelier had more than 200 pieces and it took them 6 hours to install. They put so much hard work into installing each of the chandeliers and I cannot be more happy with it. I would definitely recommend their service. Everyone was super professional and friendly. They explained everything nicely and were upfront about any charges before even starting the job.

Had my dishwasher and kitchen GFCI breakers changed by this company back in October. As soon as they left, the microwave and stove also began to trip. After living in a world where I had to go outside to flip the breaker each time I needed to use the microwave and/or stove, I recently called a knowledgeable friend to take a look, as well as a Master electrician, both of whom confirmed the work that had been done was not done correctly. Now I’m out of pocket even more money to redo the work and fix the additional issues that this has caused.

After a small fire in our home, AC electric next day sent an electrician to replace a burned out heater/light fixture in our bathroom. They had been here before, the ownereven came out on a Sunday to repair something in the electric box and never charged me for it. Later I hired them to replace the electrical box in the back yard. They dideverything by the book, calling the city electric company to disconnect the main lines and then arranged for an inspection by the city. I have hired at least three -- maybe four -- electricians since we bought our house four years ago for various issues. Our experience with Bowne has been SO GREAT, relative to any others. Their technicians really know what they are doing, they are excellent problem solvers, they schedule quickly and efficiently and come when they say they will. I was especially impressed with Ray, he is very pleasant and figured out how to wire and hang my exterior speakers which wasn't easy to do. AND they clean up after! So great!

This neighborhood electrician assisted me in installing a light fixture in my kitchen even though I had no clue what I was doing. He did an excellent job of making sure the fixture looked beautiful. He is someone I would suggest to anybody who needs an electrician.
