Scheduling was easy and they kept in almost constant contact with me up till the day scheduled. This constant contact is a far cry from many other businesses I have worked with that leave you hanging and hoping that they will show up. Professional and extremely knowledgable. I even had a question regarding some personal electrical work I was doing on the house and Jeffery answered every question in the email! Would very much recommend, you get what you pay for.

Andrew Simons came to give an estimate for a water heater installation. He was friendly, knowledgeable and seemed to be honest and strait forward with the information presented.

Short story - fraudulent and unprofessional.Long story - Genesis electrical did not finish the work they agreed to finish. They demanded payment in full prior to final inspection (we paid 60% after rough inspection). When the job was agreed upon there was no discussion of payment in full prior to final inspection. Further, there was nothing in the estimate regarding paying them in full prior to final inspection. During our argument with them about this, they sent us an altered estimate in which they changed the original estimate to say the the final payment was due prior to final inspection. Hilariously stupid to think we had not saved the original estimate. I am no lawyer, but this probably qualifies as fraud. I will be contacting the attorney general if we have any more problems with this company. I don't care if it cost us 10,000 in legal fees, if we have ANY more problems from this company. I WILL CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND GO AFTER THEIR LICENSE. That is how bad it went. We had to find another electrician who would be willing to put their name on the permit. This was a difficult task, because master electricians are reluctant (as they should be) to put their name on someone else's work. Finally, their work did not pass final inspection. Not surprising, considering they so badly wanted to be paid BEFORE final inspection. So we had to pay to get that work fixed.

Efficient helps me with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Today the plumber came out at took care of routine maintenance. He took the time to explain a number of things which put my mind at ease. Very happy!

Sam was a fantastic tech! There’s not a lot of details to say: my air conditioning wasn’t working, he came by, did his job, and now it’s working properly! Not much more you can ask for from a repair service. Will absolutely be using this service again in the future if I have any other problems.

An excellent service, without a doubt 100% recommended. My equipment was not heating up, so I decided to contact Turbo Plumbing, they scheduled an appointment for me and arrived at my house on time, they explained the procedure they would do and in a short time they managed to fix it. Now my air conditioner works perfectly. I am very grateful and I definitely recommend them!!

We had such a great experience with Aaron and bedwell electric. We an electrical outlet issue that really needed to be fixed. It was easy to get him over, diagnosed the problem, now the outlet works great and we’ve had no further issues. Aaron also was priced much better than a lot of the other companies we’ve used. Can’t recommend his company enough.

We lost power (electrical panel failure) Saturday. Earliest appointment was Monday. ARS did not show up or call us during their 4-hour appointment window. I eventually phoned them and the call center said they could not reach the local Austin dispatch. They said they would call me back with status. They never did. Total no-shows, not reliable--wasted a day with no power thanks to them.
