I used to be a fan of Grayzer Electric and I have no complaints at all with their electricians.My complaint is with the owner and his wife who runs the office.I’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars with this company over the years at several homes and my last home and Lago Vista I had problems with eight $25 electric timer which I asked the owner to please replace and I would provide the new timer at my cost which he refused to do. If you can’t take care of a customer who is spent thousands of dollars and been a loyal customer for years then I don’t have any use for your business.

I contacted Max Electrical for a quotation for the installation of a generator connection to my houses main panel. They responded in less than one business day with a quotation and lead time on parts. When it came time to install the outlet they arrived in a timely manner, even calling ahead to confirm the time, and let us know they were on the way. The work was completed professionally, on time, and we were billed exactly what we had agreed on through the quotation.

What a pleasant surprise. Thought I would be spending mega bucks. Tech came in andstarted checking wall outlets. WHAT. Two rooms of fan's were not working. I thought itwas in the attic. Sure enough it was a wall outlet that was misbehaving and not 30 minuteslater I had power.Your are in my phone directory and will never call anyone else.A BIT HUG AND THANKS

I had someone from Dunman come out to replace 2 light switches, install 3 junction boxes behind fixtures that had none, and replace a light bulb. The work done was good -- no complaints there.The cost -- $340. Wow. The guy who came was really nice and did solid work, but he seemed pretty new -- not a 20 year veteran or something. In addition to the roughly $100 per hour charge plus materials, the charge that put things over the top was a $40-$50 trip charge tacked on. After paying (I didn't want to put the guy doing the work in a tough spot), I called Dunman to ask about the trip charge and communicate my disappointment in the pricing.They never returned my call -- just cashed the check...

Having treatments on my back so I had to call for assistance. Corey was able to complete the job of installing some new light fixtures. Corey was a very good elecetrician and I will most likely use him again. He kindly discussed with me on some future projects.

I haven't used this company personally, but I did just see one of their drivers recklessly cut across multiple lanes on a busy freeway. Judging from that apparent disregard for safety or laws, I know I'm going to steer clear of this company for any electrical work.

I hired Gabriel to finish up a job that a previous contractor couldn't get done in almost a year. Gabriel got it done in 2weeks, inspections passed, on time and within budget. I definitely recommend him all any scope of electrical work e.g. small jobs to renovations and flips.

The local electrician worked tirelessly and provided first-rate work. Quickly and to my satisfaction, the electricians installed all of the light fixtures. Their services are excellent, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them again.

Mike and his crew installed an RV plug in our garage to allow us to charge a Nissan Leaf using an aftermarket charger. It did take some time to get some answers to my questions and find a good time for the installation. The work is solid and I would call Mike again for future electrical work.

Mr. Guidon is extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. I really enjoyed meeting him but, unfortunately could not afford Mr. Sparky’s high prices for home diagnostics. I found someone here more reasonable to do the minor repairs.

I refuse to use a company when the secretary is rude and dismissive. There are so many great businesses out there. How can you trust one with a rude secretary? It must be run poorly. Fire that lady please.
