I pity someone who isn’t knowledgeable.The technician did know his stuff. Seemed like a nice guy. He needs to work elsewhere.

Used twice, once for GFCI outlet replacement and again to replace our living room ceiling fan/light with recessed lighting and fan only. Excellent prices and service.

We recently had a electrical issue arise at our home. After being told it would be a week before someone could come out, we called TruTec. From the moment we were on the phone, we found them to be very professional. Nick came to our home the next day. He was very professional and great at explaining things to us. The next day, he and Bon were here, on time. Their approach was thorough and diligent. We will use them again and I highly recommend them.

Had my dishwasher and kitchen GFCI breakers changed by this company back in October. As soon as they left, the microwave and stove also began to trip. After living in a world where I had to go outside to flip the breaker each time I needed to use the microwave and/or stove, I recently called a knowledgeable friend to take a look, as well as a Master electrician, both of whom confirmed the work that had been done was not done correctly. Now I’m out of pocket even more money to redo the work and fix the additional issues that this has caused.

Dan showed up on a Sunday after hours to resolve a pressing electrical issue. Very professional and knowledgeable! Would use again and highly recommend!

Ok here is the scoop. Called several electric companies to do some work for me, actually change all the old lights and put new ones. Cory has been out to my house a few times now. I can't say enough great things about him and Volthouse. Their prices are competitive, their service is excellent, and their availability leaves nothing to be desired. I'd leave more stars if I could.

Malco was great to work with. I'm a repeat residential customer. The receptionist is super helpful, and the electricians performed good work. Our light fixture updates throughout our house were finished in less than half a day.

I hired Mike and James to install my light fixtures, which required a great deal of attention and patience. They both worked diligently and efficiently, completing the task on time. They supplied a reasonable estimate. They're both quite pleasant and approachable. I will undoubtedly employ their services for future electrical projects and will enthusiastically suggest them to my friends.

Browne sent a representative named Laura to survey the work requested. She was on time and professional. She created a clear proposal with multiple options.Adam came to perform the work. He was on time, professional, polite, worked diligently and communicated effectively. He was careful not to track anything inside the house and he cleaned up each work area.

promised a service that they cant keep their end on. Cancelled service 3 months ago. still til this day I'm still being charged. I've sent several emails (2) and several phone calls with messages (5)..... and still no call back to explain charges.

After reading their positive Google ratings, I decided to hire the electrician. EARLY ON IN THE YEAR, WE HAD SOME BAD LUCK WITH CONTRACTORS, AND WE DIDN'T DO ENOUGH VEtting OF CONTRACTORS. Surprisingly, he arrived at the very start of the allotted time frame, quickly identified the source of the problem, and resolved it by replacing a faulty outlet, fuse, and adding a new one. A nice guy who told it like it was. The services at Top Tech aren't inexpensive, but they're well worth it.

The electrician found the issue and explained what was happening and what I should do. I gave my approval, and he proceeded about his business. It was a work well done by him to replace the outside lighting. I appreciate it.
