Darrel came to inspect our bi-annual service for our air conditioning system. He performed his inspection and gave me a detailed report about what he recommended that would prolong and improve my system's performance. He gave me recommendations from a high cost perspective to a low cost perspective. All of which would improve performance. I have a 20 year system. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism.

We had a partial power outage which Austin Energy could not resolve. First, the Fox technician arrived so fast! I was also able to track him. He diagnosed the problem and had the power back in less than five minutes.

Totally recommended. First, the unit was not cooling. I didn't have the liquid (Freon) to cool. They explained to me everything they would have to do, then they had to replace some coils (on a new system). That was working perfectly, I am very grateful to Turbo

This review is for the Houston office.This company wants your business but they won't come do the work. Their business model is to advertise a low price (like for sewer line cleanout $69) then keep you hanging on till they may or may not send someone out. In my case they kept saying someone was on their way blah blah blah and 8 hours later still no one. This was daytime hours when they should have had a full staff responding to calls. This was a critical issue! I called Roto Rooter at almost midnight finally and they had someone out by 8:30am the next morning. Now that is how you do business. ARS Rescue Rooter is a joke. By the way, they called me the next morning 3 times and still said they had someone that could come but the problem was already fixed by their competitor. I don't know how they stay in business.

All the techs they have sent me have been knowledgeable and took the time to do the job right. Glad I found them.

You never want to have plumbing issues, but when you do it's good to have the peace-of-mind that you have a great plumber you can rely on. Christian is that plumber. Christian fixed a leak by our city shut-off valve and went above-and-beyond to install a box with an easily-accessible shut-off. Also, when I ran into trouble with a dishwasher uninstall and install and had to shut off the water to the house, Christian came in a hurry, fixed the issue quickly, and installed the dishwasher. He's a real professional, and a nice, good person. We are appreciative and will be using Adept Plumbing in the future.

Manuel and his team did a nice job completing a variety of handyman tasks we needed completed in our new home. He was always on time, responsive and a good communicator. He worked hard to make sure that we were happy with the work that was completed.

So disappointing! As a General Contractor, I had Fox look at a couple of items for me at one of our commercial clients.I gave explicit instructions to the techs & the person that dispatched the team that the invoices needed to come to me directly.Instead, Fox sent them directly to my client, cutting me out of the picture. Now more than a year later and 2 conversations with the company later, and they are still harassing me about the outstanding invoices.They prevented my company from earning a management fee on both of these jobs, and they are still harassing me 1 year later.
