Best Electrical Panel Installation in Austin TX

I've been a customer for years. Currently moving out of state and needed a small job done. Sent a video and was providing access to the house to have install of an outlet done in order to sell the house.Grayzer refused to take on the work unless I was present in the house when the electrician arrived.This is disappointing not only because we aren't in the state for this but also that there is still rampant Covid in our community and I can't be the only person trying to get work done without contact.Highly disappointing service from this company. Go somewhere else.

Had my dishwasher and kitchen GFCI breakers changed by this company back in October. As soon as they left, the microwave and stove also began to trip. After living in a world where I had to go outside to flip the breaker each time I needed to use the microwave and/or stove, I recently called a knowledgeable friend to take a look, as well as a Master electrician, both of whom confirmed the work that had been done was not done correctly. Now I’m out of pocket even more money to redo the work and fix the additional issues that this has caused.

Though the tech we scheduled was out today, Kane came in his stead and did a fine job! Mister Sparky confirmed our appointment via email, called this morning to say the tech we thought was coming couldn't and would we like to wait for him or have another tech - great service, as I think most would just send someone else. I got a phone call when Kane was on his way as well as a text via which I could track his progress to our home. Kane was professional and friendly; he reviewed our issues and came back with quote options for us; then completed the work efficiently. I couldn't be happier with this level of service, as another electric company completely no-showed last week and didn't even call, nor could they give us information when we called them. Adam and his crew replaced all of the flourescent lighting in our office building with LEDs, and also upgraded some of the wiring, as well as fixing one electrical problem. They were kind, professional, courteous, and on time from beginning to end, and their work was exceptional. They are experts in their field, and I give them the highest recommendation.

I reached out to Rand Electrical hoping to be fit in that week for some light fixture installations. The technician was very personable and easy to talk to. He was on time, super polite and even cleaned all the glass fixtures before he installed them. This company has great customer service. This was not the cheapest quote, however the service was such that I would pay double! I highly recommend this company.

He described to me everything he performed while repairing my light switch so that I would know what to anticipate the next time I needed him. A friend got a very competitive quote from Jonathan at Brightside Electrical for installing his EV charger so I checked him out. He also gave me a competitive quote, came out to the house, did an excellent installation, was very professional and helpful. I would definitely use him again.
