The service was not bad and I think the electrician did a good job. I was really frustrated with the scheduling because it seems they double book you and if you’re lucky that the job before isn’t running over then they’ll make it to you. That can be really frustrating when I have a full time job and I had to schedule my job around an appointment they had to cancel because the previous job was running late (I was booked at 8am). The electrician did good and he was nice. Also the photos in their adds are all white men servicing white men. Could be way more inclusive. I did experience a micro aggression through my experience so that was annoying, minorities beware ?

Scheduling was easy and they kept in almost constant contact with me up till the day scheduled. This constant contact is a far cry from many other businesses I have worked with that leave you hanging and hoping that they will show up. Professional and extremely knowledgable. I even had a question regarding some personal electrical work I was doing on the house and Jeffery answered every question in the email! Would very much recommend, you get what you pay for.

I'm very happy with my remodeled bathroom lighting. The Service Manager was energetic and explanatory, and had a focus on safety. We have a mid-20th century house, and I wanted to keep my original fixture and improve the safety of the bathroom electricity. He was creative (and even enthusiastic) in how to make this happen--he honored my desire to not replace the original fixture with a new one. In giving an estimate for a future project, his explanation was thorough, practical, and safety-driven. We'll be back to this company.

Alejandro and his brother helped installed multiple canned lights in my house, providing some much needed light! He was communicative throughout the entire process, thorough in his assessment on where to put the lights, and delivered outstanding work. Well I've tried for 3 days now to give this company my business, but they don't respond to voicemails or emails.

Very accurate and patient technician. He did a great job in replacing three outlets with update GFCI. Perhaps a bit too accurate: It took 4 hours to replace them for a total cost of $480. Seems a bit pricey for a relatively straightforward job and I was not given an estimate ahead of time. I don't think I will call them again.

The tech that came out to survey my project and make a bid was really nice and I would have been happy to go with them. However, the person that sent me the bid and then responded to my emails was rude and never got back to me. I paid $100 for the consult and estimate and then had a question because the bid only included one outlet and I needed two. I was told that the bid was verbatim what the tech had said. I replied that that is fine, and I am happy to pay more for an additional outlet but never heard back. I thought with a $100 fee just to get a bid that I would get better costumer service, but apparently not. :(

As we are updating a recently bought home, replacing lights, the boxes didn't look right. Volthouse was responsive and able to identify the issue and get our two fans installed. The technician was professional. Job well done.

Can’t say enough about this company. The lady that initially answered my call was so friendly and just a real pleasure to speak with. She got an electrician out within a few days ( I didn’t really have an emergency issue) and he was courteous enough to call me to let me know he was going to be late. I feel like that’s a rarity these days, but it really meant a lot he did that. When he (sorry, forgot his name) finished fixing my issue he explained to me everything he did and answered any questions I had after the job was done. I will definitely be calling them first if I ever have any future electrical issues again. Just a great company. Keep up the good work, Malco!

Gabriel was on time and we were kept up to date on when he would arrive. He was polite and efficient and got everything fixed quickly. He even took the time to explain what he was fixing and why and how. I would recommended him and Capital City Electric and Gabriel.

Daren arrived on time. I explained our issue with the oven, he checked it out and explained the problem. He repaired it promptly and left it better then when he arrived. We both were baffled how someone could of wired the 220 plug incorrectly. All good and if we need an electrician again we'll call Armadillo Electric.
