When Zack came out on day one, he did a site survey and we spoke about the options related to the install of a Tesla home charger. From the start, he was very professional and definitely knowledgeable about what was needed to complete the task at hand. He pointed out a few items for our home builder and electrical install team to look into, then gave me his quote for the install. He came back when he was supposed to, did the install, cleaned up after himself, and even discarded some items that we didn’t need anymore! Top notch service and I will absolutely use this service again when the need arises!

Someone who answers the phone has the worst customer service. Left my wife shaking.

These guys are fantastic! This was the second time we have hired them. They were about 2 weeks out for scheduling after the walkthrough, but it rained the very next day so they squeezed us in! Alejandro came when he said he would and hooked us up with a new breaker and a dedicated line to our heater. It worked out great because we were able to use the heater on the coldest night of the Fall so far and we feel safe with the work they did. Priscilla is a pleasure to speak with and Luis is great also. I can't say enough about this company. We will hire them again and refer them to anyone who needs electric work in Austin. Great service at a fair price from a solid professional. Doesn't hurt that he's great to talk to as well! Scheduling can be difficult since he's in such high demand, but it's clearly for a reason. If you have the time to schedule in advance, these are the guys for you.

Good ol' Austin Energy decided my meter was failing, pulled it, then decided my connectors were too old and ran off with the meter and a note on the door. So, no power and 20 degree winter mix on the way. Found out about this at 2pm after finding the note. Called AE and they basically said too bad, you gotta call an electrician. Called Dial One since they were near the top of the search results.Dial One sent Tom out quickly, but took about an hr for him to get down to my house. On the way he had me txt him some pictures of the hole that AE left. Dial One got he permits started and Tom went back out to get the parts. He got it all repaired by 5:30 or so... Then was willing to sit around and wait for an inspector and then again for the actual crew who had the meter to put back on. Didn't leave until about 7:30.Austin Energy gets 0 stars for the initial inspector who clearly wasn't thinking about leaving a family to freeze.The AE crew that came out to inspect the second time and reattach the meter get some stars as well. Not their fault and they did their thing quickly and left.Dial One and Tom get 5 stars easy. Did everything I would hope for and more.

My wife and I enjoyed working with Dunman Electric. We had an outdoor outlet issue that they were able to solve easily. They also installed a few extra outlets in my garage. They were punctual, good communicators, and very reasonably priced. Thank you!

Above and Beyond! - If you need electric work look no further. I needed some outdoor as well as indoor work done and they finished in a fraction of the time I expected. I even noticed that they replaced a cracked switch cover without me asking. They do great work in record time.

Had a great experience with AC Electric when dealing with aluminum wiring (we went with the Copalum solution) and replacement of an old electric panel. Their quote was quite a bit lower than the competition (by a few thousand dollars) but that didn't affect the work - their professionalism and work ethic was stellar. Work was performed on-time (only delay was from the city permit for the panel, not under their control). They went above and beyond to fix minor issues not covered in the original scope of work and were a pleasure to work with. Thanks, AC!

Far and away, Bowne electric has been the best electrical contractor I have used. From large projects to a simple check on an electrical short circuit, they have by far been one of the most professional and prompt contractors that I know of. When they say that they will show up at 0800 on a particular day, they will show up either on the dot or before 0800. They have demonstrated again and again that they hire very competent, professional, and courteous employees. I highly recommend them, and I will continue being a repeat customer should I need any electrical work in the future.

Great customer service, they show when they say they will. The electricians very knowledgeable and know there stuff. The staff in there showroom go out of there way to give the best customer service. I guess that's why they have been the only electrician I've used for the last 10 years and will continue to call them when needed.

Tech Daren is highly unprofessional and gives this company a terrible reputation. He cancelled on us twice last minute before the appointment when I reached out to inquire if he was coming to the second appointment he insulted me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

Irvin and his crew gave excellent service. We had several light fixtures, switches and outlets that needed to be installed/replaced during a recent remodel.
