Very professional. From setting up the appointment with Kathy to bidding the contract with Brian. Kevin and Kield where the on-site electricians. They where great to say the least. Listened to all my problems and helped me come up with solutions. Also they cleaned up after themselves. I’ve used a few electricians and they never do that. I really can’t say enough good about this company. Whenever I find a good company I hold onto them. This is a keeper for sure.

Had a technician named Josh, he was an absolute rockstar. Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Can't recommend him enough. Great job

Steve and Blake did a great job installing new lights on either side of my garage door. There was no electrical source on either side of the garage door so they ran electrical cable through walls, installed a switch inside garage. Their attention to detail was appreciated. They also trouble shooted a doorbell that only worked occasionally. They did a great job determining that the issue was the actual electrical cable. I appreciate the quality of their work. They also left everything clean.

Found out the previous homeowners had some illegal wiring done, Doug Allen came out, took a look at the problem and was very open and transparent with the work needed, permits and cost. Doug is a great technician with great customer service! I will give you a call whenever I have any electrical issues pop up.

Job was done fast and all 3 fans work great! Will be hiring again in about a week when the next 2 fans come in. Matt did a great job!

Had a problem with my breaker box. Got ahold of Richard and he was there within a hour to fix my problem.

Installation team showed up late, was told the tech had an emergency. Found out it was due to working on a trouble call for a previous job. They tried to reschedule for another but I took the day off work for install. Tech showed at 1 PM, then the apprentice went to lunch. They worked late got system running. Came back on Monday to finish, finished the job, left hardware all over the steps in garage, wife stepped on them doing laundry, didn't clean up. Had to return, tech didn't blow out the drain line properly and it clogged, replaced thermostat unnecessarily, failed city inspection, they fixed it. Today went to change the filter, I asked tech what the size was, he told me it came with one and it was installed. None installed, been running month, now coils are dirty, Salesman quit, supposed to fix it tomorrow. We shall see, until then off to Lowes to get a filter. I was going to have them do some electrical work, not now. The people were nice and the air has run very well since install. Its just been frustrating. Saga continued today, 9/24 received call from my wife who was angry she was chewed out by the owner for my review, I retuned the call and an argument ensued with the end result being 1. Owner stated he was going to send a tech out to show me how to clean the filter, um sorry sir, there was no filter, your tech didn't finish the job. 2. Owner noticed where I work using caller ID, made derogatory comment about Civil Service workers, liked my money though. Finally and most importantly this unit has a 1 yr parts and labor warranty and 10 years part from the manufacture,r the owner left me with the impression he would not honor the warranty. Caveat Emptor people, Buyer Beware. My comments about being happy and satisfied in his reponse are in regards to having A/C when it was the hottest part of summer. As for smearing a company, this is the first Google Review I have ever given in my life, no intention to smear but to inform others about our experiences dealing with this organization.

The first time I contacted Lin’s Electric to install a temporary service pole, the communication was great, professional and very helpful and passed the inspection on the second attempt.

The second time I requested their help, it was for a meter box disconnect ($140) and a safety inspections. The owner Lin, showed up and told me that he wouldn’t know what it would cost but maybe, $10,000. (Not kidding) He said he wouldn’t know until I agreed to a $125 per hour fee plus materials. And it would be at least 5 hours. I agreed.

When the guys showed up they said they were there to make a supply list that took 15 mins. They said they needed a meter box, rewire the panel, staple the wires underneath the house, and to finish connecting the ac disconnect in the attic (3 wires).

After I paid the $125, for 15 mins of work I received the quote for $4400 for just labor. No materials included. That’s 35 hours at $125 an hour.

I declined the proposal and contacted another company. They sent 1 guy for 6 hours to complete the job for less than $1000 including all the materials.

It’s ironic that they’re main websites page states “shocked by electrical repair cost?”, when they do not believe in “an honest pay for an honest days worth of work.”

Joshua and Team always do a good job. This is the fourth or fifth time I have used him. I had them install landscape spotlighting and laid ground wires in my backyard. They are always professional and respectful and good value.

Miller Electric is a good place to work. They really look out for their employees and glad to be apart of it. Though no place is perfect. I would be difficult for mr to find anything better.

I have had five diffenent electricians to my house over the past two years. Crawford by far is the best. Came earily. Got the job done very fast. Comunication from scheduling to completion was wonderful. They really seam to respect your time.

I'm a general contractor and I've used a lot of electricians. Bryan and his company are top notch. They are honest, dependable, hard-working and competent. He's a great guy, but don't tell him I ever said that. Keep up the good work fellas (and girl)! I don't hesitate to recommend Dependent Electric every chance I get.
