The service man were pleasant and professional. They replaced my main breaker box and ran a few dedicated circuits for me. I will definitely use them again.

I have been a customer of David Gray A/C & Heating, and their plumbing affiliate, for years. This was my first experience with their electrical division. I had a wonderful time following Hunter around the house, trying to figure out where two circuits were cross-connected. This is not a trivial problem to find, of course, and it wasn't made any easier by the house (a rental, not my home, thank goodness) having a fair bit of non-standard and in some cases non-code wiring. In the end, we never did find the cross-connection but we were able to isolate the two circuits through another non-standard expedient. Hunter than found that another two circuits were cross-connected and fixed that in the same way, plus discovering that one circuit had been inappropriately misconnected to a breaker with inadequate capacity. I would give them five stars except that we never did find where the problem actually is on either pair of circuits, so each could be repaired correctly, but it would not have been worth the cost to continue the game of take apart a junction box and see on which side the fault now lies, then put it back together and move on to the next indefinitely. As long as the safety and power quality issue has been addressed adequately, I'm okay with this outcome, but it isn't quite perfect.

We have lived in our house for nearly ten years. The previous owners were a bit of DIYers that didn't really DIY very well... I finally pulled the trigger and had American Electric come out to do some updates that were long overdue. Wesley and Michiah arrived right on time, and were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were able to put in 6 new wafer lights for me in my living room and kitchen, and corrected a couple of bad splices that they identified which were not part of the original job. I'll rest easier tonight knowing that we have the wiring done correctly, and I can't believe I waited this long to give them a call. I have a few more projects on the list and I'll be calling American Electric to do those for me as well. Thank you again Wesley and Michiah, you both did an excellent job.

Absolutely fabulous! Super nice guys. Repaired my issue with the wire connection for my pump/sprinkler system. I also hired them to install my security cameras. They were here for HOURS and crawling around in the attic space installing new receptacles and ensured they all worked. They cleaned up after themselves and did not damage anything (as I've experienced with other companies). Very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Definitely recommend and will hire again and again as needed.

I researched via google and found this company for a business repair. I called and the operator informed me that what I needed was not something they offered. So, I went back to google, researched and I found that RandR Electric did complete the work, so I called the number from the Google website, which led me back to Snyder (they're partners Snyder). I was informed by the lady again that they do not offer that service, so I advised her that Snyder advertises on Google that they do offer the specific service along with RandR offering it. She placed me on hold for about 5 minutes, then picked back up and stated she was transferring me to someone else who could assist, then the call disconnected. I called back and it kept going to the automated recording then when someone went to answer it disconnected again. I attempted to call several more times with the same outcome. I then called from my cell phone, and she answered again, no disconnection, I informed her I was disconnected, and she said she was going to transfer me again.... As soon as she placed me on hold it disconnected again. This is a pain to be completely honest. First the employee had no clue of the services you all offer then for it to continually disconnect. This should be fixed; it could cost you a lot of business.

The outlets on our patio were malfunctioning and one smoked when we tried to use it. I could smell the electric burning smell and called after hours. Jeff said that Schuyler was on the way. We used Crawford to complete three phases of inside electric work over the last year and were pleased with their work and timeliness. Today was top-notch. Schuyler was the best person to work at our home since we moved here. Schuyler identified the problem, fixed it, replaced two GFCI outlets, and was just a really great person with whom to talk. When we have an electric issue in the future, we will ask for Schuyler. He knows his stuff, is personable, and tidy. Schuyler is the type of person who loves his job, the customers, and best represents a super company like Crawford Electric. I’ve used a hand full of electricians in Jacksonville through my business (Battalion Airsoft) over the eight years in an old building that needs expertise and I’ve not received the kind of expertise and responsiveness and professionalism that I have through Fred and his team at Spectrum WireWorks. Cost is always a huge factor in dealing with any contractor in a small business and Spectrum is a non union shop but moreover they are quick and accurate in their diagnosis and work. Time on the job isn’t drawn out. They are trustworthy. The owner is a Master electrician so I have confidence in his ability to handle anything and I’ve thrown them some real “anything’s” and it’s like butter to them. I’ve referred them to friends for small jobs at home as well. They loved their service and price. These guys are really good.
