Go with Empire! They were punctual, reasonably priced and did outstanding work! They installed an LED floodlight on my house in the eave and it came out perfect. I will be using Empire for all my electrical needs in the future. They also were able to get to me quick!

I had the unpleasant event of having only 50% power in my apartments for about 3 days and I had to wait until the leasing office opened to get it fixed. Cameron and Keith came and found out that my main breaker had melted to my power box. They fixed my electric in less than 30 mins. They were extremely friendly and courteous. I hired R&R to change out the electric service at my home and install a new panel. Robbie the owner came out to my home and was very knowledgable and knew exactly what needed to be done to update my electrical. I received a quote from him the following day. Once I hired R&R they were prompt about getting electricians out to my home. The professionals they sent out did an excellent job. It was clear to me that the crew was experienced and talented. The front office was a pleasure to deal with and they were friendly, organized, and helpful. I will be using R&R for any future electrical work that I require.

I called set up to get an estimate and never received the email to send the photos. I called back thinking I might of given the wrong email address and have not received a return call.
I used them a few times in the past and loved their service and customer service. I will not use them or refer them again.

I originally had a disappointing comment for this company but they did eventually rectify the situation after the holiday and as I promised them, if they did, I would improve my rating for them.

John ended up handling my job directly which helped get things done because that phone tag and constant miscommunication between holly and brian drove the 5 stars down to 3. Overall, the finished product came to fruition and I would use them again in the near future

I have used Spectrum Wire on several occasions and their service is prompt and professional. They have assisted my family in a situation where immediate attention was needed for an electrical issue in our older home and they made time to quickly attend to our situation. The are always friendly and professional to deal with, do a fantastic job and offer solutions and ideas when working with our older historic home. I highly recommend this business.

Thayer did an excellent and professional job on my service upgrade. They were also about half the price with the same quality of work.

The workers were very professional, organized and completed their work in a timely-manner. They also cleaned up any debris of wiring etc. that was needed. They also were very knowledgeable of their jobs.

For 1.. the boss said he could get the job done for 400 dollars or under! That was the quote.
For 2 ..they drilled a hole through the floor cause they missed the wall.
For 3 ..they should have came out personally and gave a estimate & he said well i dont need too!

WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
