This is a very professional organization. American Electrical was referred to me by another very reputable company in town, David Gray Plumbing. After making my appointment, I received two calls confirming the appointment, one the day before. I also received a call from the Service Pro, Ricky about 20 mins before they arrived. They were right on time. Both Ricky and his assistant Lynell were very professional and courteous. They seemed to work very well together as a team. They wasted no time and got right to the job. When we ran into a few hurdles, Ricky suggested solutions that worked out perfectly. The final result of their work was perfect! I now have lights above my bar and an extra outlet on my patio. I highly recommend American Electrical; and would request Ricky and Lynell for any future work I might have.

Keith was on time, polite and cleaned up after himself. He was very thorough in his inspection. I really appreciate his feedback that he gave me.

The electricians worked fast and did a great job installing an electrician box for an over the range microwave. Most important was the price which, compared to other quotes I received, was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Danny and Scott were here and upgraded our panel box! These guys are awesome!! Considerate, efficient and so very helpful!! Even after a repair man that was called to move our hot water heater cut the water heater hose and sprayed water all over their equipment!! They were still professional!! I had my AC company come out and test my unit and they said it was a power issue from the breaker box. On a Friday morning I figured that getting someone to come out before the weekend would have been out of reach but I was surprised by the speediness and professionalism of Crawford Electric. They not only got me in on Friday but they arrived earlier than anticipated. The tech that arrived was so professional and polite. He found the problem very quickly and solved the issue. Crawford will be on my speed dial for future electrical needs.

Spectrum recently performed work in our newer home: relocated ceiling can lights, installed multiple new interior outlets, installed exterior motion detector utility lighting, relocated a ceiling fan to a different room. Pricing was reasonable, add-Ins day of work were priced time/materials in 15 minute increments. Estimating and installation appointments were promptly on time. All staff were professional and courteous, and did great job cleaning up as they worked and before they left. Very happy with Spectrum.

Called this place because my new home had their sticker as the company that did the electric work on my circuit breaker box. I need a line ran out to my shop in the back yard. They were supposed to call back to set up an estimate. Never heard from them. I rarely call twice. There's just too many others out there wanting work. They might be great. I will never know.

Nick was able to help me restore the power to my dock/boat lift for a very reasonable cost. He was very professional and clearly explained the issue so I could understand it. He was able to identify and fix the issue very quickly when other electricians were unable to. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone and I would call him for any and all electrical issues in the future. Great, timely communication and very high quality and professional service. The workers were very professional, organized and completed their work in a timely-manner. They also cleaned up any debris of wiring etc. that was needed. They also were very knowledgeable of their jobs.

We have used Pec for the new construction electrical on 2 houses. Both times were a great experience and would highly recommend them for any electrical project needs.

For 1.. the boss said he could get the job done for 400 dollars or under! That was the quote.
For 2 ..they drilled a hole through the floor cause they missed the wall.
For 3 ..they should have came out personally and gave a estimate & he said well i dont need too!

WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
