American Electrical has always serviced our large Carrier home generator. Our technician, Ethan, arrived bright and early, looking well groomed, friendly and in a clean company truck. Called to get an estimate to install a line so i can put a fan or light in a room. They wanted to charge $89 to come out for estimate, cannot give any kind of ballpark on phone AND said if i choose to do the work, depending on the installer, they “may” apply the $89 to the job. So basically they can come out, quote a high price, keep the $89 and go to lunch. Ridiculous. I called a competitor who gave me their hourly rate and a low and higher end times based on level of difficulty before they came out and were wonderful to work with. What a horrible process at David Gray! Off the list.

I had 9:00am appointment on Thursday and nobody showed up. I called the company and was told the electrician had an emergency. I scheduled for the next day at 9:00am and and again, nobody showed up. I called the company again and they tried to give me some BS excuse about it. I cancelled and called another company.

I would highly recommend American Electric! They do a great job and are always very easy to work with. The ladies in the office are always great too!

Lucas was on time and ready to get to work. Very efficient and fast. Will definitely call Bolt Electric and ask for Lucas the next time I need additional work done. Very happy and confident in his work.

Jamil did an AWESOME job. I was upset when he first came due to the Home warranty company I have taking a month to get someone out to my house. Great company to work with. Promptly answered my call and came out the same day to assess and quote my issue. Scheduled work a week out and showed up on time and completed all work necessary without trying to upcharge or change initial invoice. I def recommend giving them a call for your electrical needs.

The absolute worst experience ever with a electrical contractor. I am trying to post all the pictures of the damage that was left but it’s over $10,000 in damages. They might be the best in the commerical game. But run away from the residential side of there business.

Frank and Alan came out to install a new 220v outlet for a new free standing oven/range I had recently purchased. They were friendly and efficient in doing the job. They even went above and beyond and took the old oven to the garage helped roll the new oven in the kitchen...even though they didn't have to do any of that. The Dalie company is by far the best I’ve had to do my electrical work. Over this year they’ve done everything from hanging a fan to creating a 240 outlet for charging my car. They’re always thorough and professional. They’re on my very short list for all my electric related stuff.
