David Electric has been out twice now to help me out. Both times the service was excellent and very professional. I was called both times about 20-30 minutes before the electrician showed up for service, and both times the electrician showed up within the time frame I was given upon scheduling the appointment.

Both jobs weren't incredibly 'difficult' jobs, but were things I was unable to do or didn't care to learn how to do. I was more comfortable having someone else come and take care of it for me.

There were recessed can lights in my bathroom and kitchen that would shut off when they became too hot, which was really frustrating when I was trying to cook and my light source went out. I was unsure if it was a simple swap of lights, or if there was electrical work to be done. Jose came and checked for me, and there was less work to be done that I thought, which was great! Jose replaced all of the terrible old lights with new, LED ones and now my home is extremely bright and energy efficient. Thanks, Jose!

I had a fan that had been replaced, but because it was on a dimmer switch it would flicker and was incredibly noisy! Billy came and fixed it, changing the dimmer for a regular switch, installing the remote, and my fan now runs with more power and completely silent. Thank you, Billy!

Bret introduced himself; I showed him where the floodlight to be mounted on the eave of my house. He went to work and I went back into the house! Bret called me when he was finished; I checked out his work and placement of the floodlight and was very pleased!!! thank you.

I was so impressed with the two young men that came to my home and service my heater. KENNY and TYREE were the two that showed up on time both greeted me with a smile. Both were very professional. I was impressed at the fact that they listen to me first then ask questions and then explained what they were going to do. I was amazed at them being so young and knowledgeable. They both have very bright futures ahead of them. I couldn’t thank them enough. Before they left they asked me if I had any questions and they explain how the thermostat works. It was more like show and tell. I was raised without a computer so to hook this device up to my smart phone appeared challenging to me but KENNY told me that it was user-friendly and showed me how to use Ecobee. The electrician was prompt, communicative and polite. He installed the ceiling fan, explained how to maintain it and made certain it worked. My only concern was paying upfront, but that doesn't detract at all from the work that was done.

John King came out Friday to look an estimate a job for me. It was a very simple job dealing with putting electric up for a small camper. He was supposed to get me the estimate by the end of Friday evening. I explained to him that I needed the job done immediately and he said the earliest he could be was Tuesday. Tuesday came and I have not heard anything from him so I called. The receptionist acted like she had no idea what was going on but she must have spoke with him because Wednesday morning finally I received an estimate from John King. Tuesday I had another electrician cite the job and give me an on the site estimate. After time and material I was looking at about just under $500. John King quote was for $1,100! Thank you John King for being very late and having me wait patiently for absolutely no reason!
