Ed from Hope Plumbing was great! He proactively cleaned out a few of my drains without me having to ask. He also went above and beyond to secure a gate at my house when he noticed it was stuck open. He was very friendly and provided great customer service.

We had a great experience with Gary. We had the water line replaced that connects to the refrigerator. He ended up having to go to the hardware store to pick up a few parts. Before that though, he thoroughly discussed the charges and answered questions professionally. Also, he was very helpful in answering a question I had for him completely unrelated to the job he was there for. He could have brushed me off and told me I could probably find a YouTube video on it or something but he took his time in explaining it. I was able to fix that issue myself in no time. Appreciate your help! Definitely recommend.

We have used Mr. Quik for a few miscellaneous things with good to mixed results. December 2021: They came out for a furnace tune up. The tech broke the whole house humidifier because he didn’t understand it was wired to our smart thermostat. They then gave us an estimate to replace the humidifier for around $1,200. The next day the broken humidifier flooded part of our basement before the leak was discovered. Mr. Quik took no responsibility even after it was escalated to a “project manager” and multiple calls.I fixed the humidifier myself.

I wanted the special they offer but apparently you have to have a certain kind of home because they said their technicians aren't trained to hook up a gas line and a water line. So, what are they trained to do? I even offered to install it myself if they'd bring the water heater. Against policy. They offer a great deal but when you try to get it, they say it's gonna be over a hundred just to install. Would give negative stars but not an option. Shouldn't be advertising this cause it's just to get people sucked in.

Today a quote was received for close to 6000$ to replace less than 50ft of gas line on a basement (The home is on a slab) On top of feeling pressured into financing the project because of the amount. The second quote from another company included a brand new water heater and was still less. How do you sleep at night selling people things that are overpriced and inaccurate.

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
