I called Paul Richard Electric on Sunday after having an increasing problem with intermittently dimming lights throughout the house. It had gotten so bad that It knocked out two surge protectors overnight while we were sleeping.We had already had Centerpoint out to check their equipment that morning. They had cleared some brush from around the poles and said there was no other problem on their end. When I called Paul, he said he could have someone out that day to check out the problem.Larry and Ruben arrived about two hours later. They did a thorough inspection and found nothing unusual enough from the voltage readings to cause our problems. While they were there, the power went out. They went out to check on it and found that there were Centerpoint trucks a couple of houses down working on the transformer! We had Larry and Ruben perform some routine Electrical panel maintenance and work up an estimate for some additional issues that needed addressing.I have nothing but good things to say about Larry and Ruben. They were on time, knowledgeable, and efficient, and they patiently explained everything they were doing. Even though it turned out that our problem was really a Centerpoint issue, I am very grateful to Paul for sending out his team on a Sunday to check it out. I will definitely be calling them again soon to take care of some safety issues they pointed out and plan to use them for all my future electrical needs.

Tommy gave me an estimate for $4600 to activate my Generac 22K. I suggested to Tommy that he had his wires crossed as all I needed was to disconnect my current 20K and install my new 22K. Labor only. He insisted it would cost $4600. If Tommy had said it would cost $1K or even $1200, I would have said, When can you do the work.So I hired another licensed installer. I paid $100 to disconnect my old unit and $200 to reconnect my new unit. I spent $300 vs. $4600 and would have gladly paid you folks $1K. I even gave Tommy a 2nd opportunity to revise his estimate. I was hoping to begin a relationship with Wired Electric as I was pleased with the work that Clint (sp) did in diagnosing my problem. My conclusion, either Tommy is incompetent or he is ripping off your customers.

Tyrrell and his company did an excellent job and very professional. These guys showed up when they were supposed to and made sure everything was done properly and that the finished product worked and was secure as well as looked good. I highly recommend these guys for any electrical needs you may have

They were very professional. They checked the circuits and found the problem. Lights have been working just fine. I am pleased with their work.

I had a tree fall across the power line to my house and the electrical meter and lines were badly damaged so I needed all new equipment. I put a call in after hours and Nathan had returned my call to let me know that he would have a crew out to my house late morning to early afternoon. The crew arrived and completed the job within a very reasonable amount of time and had also communicated with Centerpoint so they would know when to arrive and reconnect thr power. This was my first experience with Brotherly love and I will use them again and will recommend to anyone needing an electrician.

Oscar and his team were very professional, honest, and provided high quality work. I will use them in the future for any electrical work around our house.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

Theo was very professional and meticulous about using shoe covers in our home. More importantly though, before he started a diagnostic on our malfunctioning fire alarm, he informed us about the options and costs of each option and pointed out the most cost effective one of which we weren't aware. In the end he got the job done and saved us money. Happy about that!

Curtis is a highly qualified electrical professional in the industry due to his knowledge of the trade, his experience with electrical circuits, his attention to detail, his commitment to do things right, his fairness to customers, and his competitive pricing. He is also one of the most respectful and courteous persons you could ever meet. I have used his services over the last three years and has not been dissappointed once.He is definitely our family go-to-guy for anything electrical.

Pre employment testing facility is disorganized and not run in an efficient manner. I was given an exact time for testing and evaluation. The person giving the testing showed up thirty minutes late, obviously my time is not as important than the person giving the testing. The second part of testing is some basic wall rough in and wiring. The materials were just an unorganized pile of 1900 boxes, wall stud brackets, and various fittings and devices. The company wants you to be efficient in the way you perform your job but the environment given to work in isn't conducive to a productive work environment.If the testing facility is this unorganized can you imagine how unorganized their jobsites are managed.

Meritage home builders contracted this company for electrical with my house. Wiring and plugs have worked well. My light switches have not. I have replaced about 15 light switches in my house to date. They are defective. My home warranty covered electric for 2 years. I replaced about 3 by the two year mark. After replacing approx 5, I realized this was more than a coincidence. I asked House of Power to furnish new switches and I would replace them myself. Their representative was rude and replied that it was not their problem. I offered to give supply the broken switches and that it was abnormal that switches that new were problematic.This company uses defective equipment. They are not customer service centered. They lack business integrity, being that they do not support their craftsmanship or product. A terrible experience overall.I am worried about the quality of the electrical system in my home and hope that I will have no further problems, other than possible having to replace the other 70 switches in my home over time. Each plug costs roughly $10. Right now I have spent about $150. Additionally I have spent about 20 minutes to replace each switch, approx 3 hours I will not get back.I hope that this review helps you to avoid using a company of such poor standards in both product quality and customer service.

Lutz provided quality contracting services for my home. Their sub-contractors were very high quality and their project manager went above and beyond to make me happy. They are not inexpensive, but quality work is not cheap. I would not hesitate to hire them again and recommend them to friends.
