I used this company for the first time today and I will only enlist their services from now on. Tyrell went above and beyond to diagnose the issue, get the right replacement and install the light all in the same day. I am so pleased with the service and expertise. He even had a solution for the light in my kitchen I had an issue with but wasn’t the reason why I called him. Call him for all of your electrical services. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a couple small jobs I could never get around to. They were sort of sitting there over a couple years needing to be done. And just recently they were all taken care of by T&Z All Services. I just did a search on the web and chose this great Handyman - T&Z All Services located in Houston, TX. I had two separate jobs completed by them, one for window repair and one for lock change. Two separate guys came on two separate occasions, and they were both equally good at their job. It's just excellent quality work. I'm impressed with their standard of work, and they're very professional This Houston Handyman services are well worth the money and the time savings!

I called John Moore because I knew I would get a fast response and experienced plumbers. I am somewhat satisfied with the the work but I am disappointed with the lack of communication and timeline of things. The actual repair was done in a timely manner once they got the clearance to begin digging but after the main pipe was repaired, I was not informed that a separate dig team had to come out to fill the hole back in. The repair was done on a Monday and I contacted JM on Tuesday to inquire why there was a long dugout still in my yard. The representative let me know the process and couldn't give me a definite date (he said by Thursday but wasn't sure) when the job would be complete. I called again on Thursday afternoon and spoke with someone else and after putting me on hold to check on the timeline, she stated they would come out Friday. Well thankfully, the workers did come Thursday evening to fill in the hole. I didn't understand why I had to call the company to inquire about these things when they could've easily contacted me or sent me some kind of information of how long things would take. I was frustrated to say the least. As far as the pricing, I did have to call to ask for a final itemized invoice as I was never emailed one. I knew of the overall charge because I used a financing company. Again, why did I have to call to ask for an invoice and breakdown of cost? I am glad I did because I was unaware I was being charged for a $269.99 membership. I did not ask for a membership!

Did not do any service. Called for the trip charge which was quoted $69.00. When tech got there. He asked for $289.00!!!! Sent him away.
