Best Wiring Issue in Houston TX

Professionally installed patio dusk to dawn light and Ring cameras. Checked to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. Did not leave a mess after installation.Arrived when they were scheduled. Highly recommend using A1Plus Electric.

So I had to write a review for On Time Electric. We were in a jam time wise and called them. They were in our house within an hour. They did great work, fast and friendly. What you expect when you pay someone to do something. They deserve a good review for this job but when we had another problem, we called them to come out and they actually fixed it over the phone. That tells me that they care more for the customer than for the mighty dollar, because they could have come out and charged us and we would have been none the wiser. Thank you for your awesome service and neighborly behaviors. We are customers for life.

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

The technician was friendly and clever. He fixed the hall light so we don't have to use a flashlight to go up the stairs. He also diagnosed problems with the lights on the ground floor. Highly Recommend Excel Electricians!

Tim came out on time, even a little early. He was polite, knew what he was doing and did the job in less time than estimated. He installed a microwave over the stove and had to remove some custom cabinets to do so. It looks great, cost was VERY reasonable. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. They have someone who actually answers the phone (unlike many handymen services.) and is helpful and friendly. I am very satisfied and happy with the work.

I can't say enough good things about these guys!. I had 3 different electric companies come to my house to give me a price estimate for the light fixtures I needed to install. The first was one of the big companies and they basically told me that I had to break the bank and get new everything, that my house was on the verge of getting set on fire by Lightning and surges. I'm a new home owner and don't know much about these things so after that scare (and the super high price) I decided to do my research and look into some good family run smaller businesses that may be a little more honest with me regarding the work that needed to be done and the installation of my lights. Someone more consumer oriented. I found two really good companies, one of them was Matthew Arnold, the owner of the local electrician who personally greeted me and was really honest and friendly. He made me feel much more at ease and told me that I was not in danger but only needed a few things updated to be safe at home. He also gave me a good price for the installation of the fixtures and answered all my questions and concerns. He and his college Lee were here yesterday and they were very good! Efficient and friendly!. I'm very happy about my choice and I'm sure that if anything should go wrong I'll have an honest and hard working professional to turn to!. Thank you Matthew!

245 P.M TODAY KATY FREEWAY BEFORE HWY 6 ONE OF YOUR GUYS GOING 95 MILES PER HOUR ALMOST KILLED OR FAMILY. HE LOOKED DRUNK AND HE RAN US OFF THE ROAD AND CAUSED US TO HIT THE BARRIER. WE HAVE A 3 YEAR OLD BABY THAT WAS TERRIFIED FROM THIS BECAUSE I WAS YELLING OMG WE ARE ABOUT TO DIE!! WE ARE GOING TO FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST HIM & COMPANY. I LEFT A VOICEMAIL WITH FOREMAN.
