Larry performed a repair on the can lights in my kitchen. I'm glad he did because apparently the wires were loose and burning! He and Damien were very courteous and communicative. I appreciated little touches like asking if he could sweep up the little bit of drywall dust off my floor. Yes the fixed price of two hours plus trip charge may seem steep, but worth it for peace of mind/not having my house burn down and for supporting local businesses.

BEWARE. I hate to give a negative review for a small business, but Google is where I found On Time Electric & hired them because of great reviews. Here is my experience...they were called in to restore power to one room in my home. My wife was home with a broken leg & let the electrician Greg inside. He began to troubleshoot the issue...however, he apparently needed to call backup to figure out the issue. After fiddling around in the attic for a bit, they realized that a wire had been stapled through in a couple places. They pulled the wire & popped two staples out which seemed to fix the problem. That first trip they left my house without cleaning up their mess, left my ceiling fan on full blast & for some reason left my garage door wide open? I received an invoice for $550, without any itemized explanation as to what they fixed other than they pulled on a wire & popped some staples. That evening I realized that switching on the bedroom light would cause the lighting in the dining room to go dim ++ the switch was super hot. The next morning I called the main number & spoke with John about my experience. He provided me with an explanation of their standard protocol for not turning off anything before leaving putting the blame on me for leaving the switches in the on position for the ceiling fan (which I absolutely did not, but fine) John also explained why the cost was so high (apparently they charge $285 just to knock on your door & mentioned that if they were to have to replace wiring it would approach $800....for one single feeder pull. One) He didn't really address why the project site was left a mess & switched the subject over to their on-demand invoicing - We usually we take payment after the job is done, but your wife had a broken leg & said you'd handle it Sooooo after a lot of excuses, he finally agreed to send the electrician back to complete the job. Greg returned first thing the next day & firmed up some wiring connections which seemed to fix the issue. I am still not entirely confident in their work. They also left me another new mess to clean up (see photo) & didn't change the invoice to be more reasonable. So if you need a company to jiggle a few wires & make a big mess in your home for a ton of money, On Time Electric should be your first choice. BEWARE

Harmony Electric Co is my go-to company for residential and commercial service over the years. They have always been thoughtful, honest and fair. They have added outdoor lines for the koi pond and the fountain. When I had a small office building they took care of it. Recently I handed them a punch list of make-ready's for my mother-in-law's condo. Ceiling fans, wire a washer and dryer nook, and hang her chandeliers. As gently as could be, it was suggested that I have the old lamp rewired first. Safety first! That means a lot.

We had Wired Electrical Services install security lighting under the eaves of our house. We are thoroughly happy with the work that they did—the job was done promptly, neatly and carefully. Wehave used Wired before and have always been happy with their work.

Daniel installed new pendant lights over the kitchen island for us. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. The new lights look and work great! We plan to use Brotherly Love for all our electric needs.

Amazing service!!! Oscar Rosales and his assistant Israel were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I haven’t received quality service like that in a very long time. He did a great job installing everything and did not rush through even though it was an all day job! Where most companies are cutting corners to leave faster, Ryan and the team inspected every detail to ensure it was done right. He made great recommendations and none that were unnecessary. They do a poor job and don't stand by the integrity of their work. I bought my home brand new, they did the wiring, and it had numerous electrical issues. I have a ceiling fixture in my kitchen that I never wired. I decided to install a pendant light and upon inspection, I realized there was no power coming from the wires. I have never touched any of this since moving into my brand new house. Texas Electrical Residential Contractors would charge $140 just to inspect what they originally improperly installed. If you want a cheap, unreliable, and unsupported home electrical system, go to Texas Electrical Residential Contractors. Otherwise, find someone with integrity who can do the job right the first time.

Very professional from time of booking an appointment to actual electrical work. Our electrician, Drew, was very responsive to questions and respectful of our home. It was a super refreshing experience to find a service company that still knows how to provide top-notch service. Highly recommend West Houston Electric!
