In the 30 years I have lived in this house, I have witnessed the work of many electricians. Most were bad and some were just OK. But Paul Richard Electric in my opinion set the gold standard for professionalism and competence in caring for my property. Electrical problems were diagnosed efficiently and accurately the first time. The prices were very fair, and the service was very courteous and timely. I spoke with Paul a number of times on the phone and he was unfailingly polite and attentive to my needs. He sent Damian, a totally professional and incredibly responsible and efficient young man to do the many electrical tasks that needed a professional's attention. I have never met Paul Richard in person, and I am in no way related or affiliated to anyone in his employ. I simply did my homework online and called for service. This, in my opinion, is a company that deserves many more opportunities to grow and serve our community.

Have used their services for past 5 years. We have ad them install lights, light timer, and ceiling fans. They have always done great electrical work in our home.

I am opening a coffee shop without a general contractor for the buildout. Halfway in my electrician bailed the job. I then have dealt with many electricians in town to finish the job and have realized how much you can be ripped off by these guys. Finally I found Dennis and Laura. Best people I have ever met. They charge you for the fair amount, not trying to scare you with other potential problems just to make more money. Try other electricians and you will know! These are honest and genuine people, and I really appreciate them considering how cruel the construction market is..

I called and spoke to a representative her name was Jocelyn and she provided the best customer service and was of great help.

He did a great job installing everything and did not rush through even though it was an all day job! Trying to sell a David Weekley home that is only 4 years old. Buyer's inspector found issues with the breaker panel. TX Electrical stood adamantly behind their work, but refused to give me a signed work ticket. Then, after way too much time and energy spent, the report they emailed to me was not professional (the worst I have ever seen). If their work was so defensible, then why was it like pulling teeth to get that sad excuse for a report? I had JD Precision come out for a plumbing issue the same inspector found, and the plumber said nothing was wrong, but they immediately emailed me professional report, including pictures to provide back to the buyer. Polar opposite experiences.

Curtis was very responsive and professional, spent time explaining how he would perform the job and then completed the job efficiently. He also spent time answering other electrical questions I had unrelated to the job in hand for which I was appreciative.

In regards to my wiring issue with the pool pump and timer, Billy, the electrician, was very professional and straightforward about what needed to be done. He was able to diagnose the issue and make the fixes.

Cruz, came in to restore my power after the winter freeze. He also helped on fixing my AC which didn’t turn on when power was restored. He also helped me on my plumbing issues. He works above and beyond!

We needed some lighting work done and a new security system installed. After talking to a few people, we went with Vetcore, as they were suggested by two different people. Vetcore proved themselves to be well worth the time and cost. The work was timely, performed with excellence, and guaranteed. We have had no issues, and while we were willing to pay a bit more for great service, Vetcore provided competitive rates and still showed up professional and with stellar customer service. We will definitely be using Vetcore again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for friendliness and reliability.

Beware of these people. They will seem as a nicely run family business, who are kind, courteous and honest. That’s where I made my mistake in trusting them. They will do everything they can to squeeze as much money out of you by bad business practice and dishonest dealings. They will do this all while smiling and lying to your face in the process. They put up a good front, so that they are able to deceive and manipulate people into situations where they can be taken advantage of. Steer as far away from this company if you are looking for honest dealings.
