We have a 7k sqft facility and had a budget electrician come and replace about 100x fluorescent tube lights only to have all of them and more burn out in under 3-4 months. This was our second time using Mr. Sparky and just like the first time we were pleased with the ease of setting up the appointment, having our technician Josh arrived on time and most importantly completed the repair and explained what he did and why. He also had some recommendations for additional items that need addressed. The work guarantee is also great to have. Definitely will use again!

Their is a lady that works here that is very rude. I did not get her name because she never offered it. We were having a polite discussion until I asked her why on a question. Apparently, if you question her, she yells, cusses and hangs up the phone. One time calling was all it took for me to not contact them again. Also look at the other one star responses. What is said and their reply is all you need to know about what they truly think of people.

Sabrina Longoria was so professional and responsive despite my frustration with a certain process. She never got out of character even while my venting was passionate. She remained calm and simply executed until my request was completed. This changed my thoughts around a process that was very touchy for me. She deserved to be recognized

Gave prompt notifications on when they were servicing my home. Ryan was the election. Couldn’t ask for a more friendly individual or professional electrician. He explained in detail about the services and information about my home. We will be using them for any future electrical needs. Very pleased.

I have used Curtis Electrical twice. The first time I got competitive bids for the placement on an EV charger. He was much cheaper than the other 2 bids I received. He was on time, discussed placement options for the charger, helped me move equipment out of the way for the charger placement and even helped me move everything back.The second time I just used him and paid his standard hourly rate. Very happy with both installations.
