They were very punctual and professional. When all of his service techs were out on service calls, Paul came out for our service call himself. Our kitchen electrical outlets were on the Fritz. They worked to find our problem and made all necessary repairs. They also replaced all of our hard wired smoke detectors. Paul & Juan were very kind and courteous. TD Stevens came out and took care of my bathroom lighting fixture problems fast. They are very AFFORDABLE and I recommend using their services!!

Used them to install a whole house generator. They know their stuff. Might not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for. And slight modifications off of the normal process are not a problem for these guys to take care of. They are also very fast to answer their phones and take care of any issues that arise. They send you a quote so there are no hidden charges. what you see is what you pay.

My husband and I had Oscar and Chris come out to replace a panel, meter, and relocate the panel from our separate third car garage to our attached garage on a 1980 home we just bought. Oscar and Chris took the time to explain everything they had to do, answered all of our questions, and were very communicative and patient throughout the entire process.Pricing was very competitive, as we got several other quotes from other companies, however, one of the other companies wouldn’t even consider relocating the panel for us (because they said it was too much work), and the others were hesitant, but Oscar was up to the task and executed it flawlessly.Didn’t know a breaker panel could look so beautiful, haha. Was told it would take 2 days, and it took 2 days to complete, with the inspection the following day.Oscar & Chris were punctual, professional, and helpful. You can tell they take great pride in what they do, and it shows in the quality. Highly recommended and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for our electrical needs.

They do a poor job and don't stand by the integrity of their work. I bought my home brand new, they did the wiring, and it had numerous electrical issues. I have a ceiling fixture in my kitchen that I never wired. I decided to install a pendant light and upon inspection, I realized there was no power coming from the wires. I have never touched any of this since moving into my brand new house. Texas Electrical Residential Contractors would charge $140 just to inspect what they originally improperly installed. If you want a cheap, unreliable, and unsupported home electrical system, go to Texas Electrical Residential Contractors. Otherwise, find someone with integrity who can do the job right the first time.

West Houston Electric was very professional, and timely. The process was very streamlined, with follow up calls. I had them install some Nest cameras outside my home. I highly recommend their services. Drew was a great tech, very professional, and had a good sense of humor. Thanks Randy and the rest of the crew at WHE.

We had Lone Star wire a new electrical box with new fuses, add the wiring of outside lights and an outside outlet, and do all the wiring for a hot tub. We paid them cash. We have had nothing but trouble. The outside GFI plug kept switching off. It's been replaced 3 times, twice by Lone Star. The electrician who replaced it today waterproofed the housing and pulled a ground wire out of the wall to attach it to the plug. DUH! In too big a hurry to attach a ground wire? The spa is the biggest problem. The wrong wire was used underground, so now we have to pull out all the ground work and the spa to have the correct wire installed. Also we need a switch within 12 feet of the spa to cut off the power which is a requirement. This alone will cost us upward of $2,000. Lone Star isn't returning calls or answering text messages.They do not guarantee their work. The last time we spoke they wanted $600 to come out about the switch. I do not recommend them.
