Your employees are making your business look bad because they're driving like maniacs in neighborhoods in company vehicles. If the speed is 30 miles per hour you should be doing 30 miles an hour through a neighborhood where there are kids walking home from school.

Used them to install a whole house generator. They know their stuff. Might not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for. And slight modifications off of the normal process are not a problem for these guys to take care of. They are also very fast to answer their phones and take care of any issues that arise. They send you a quote so there are no hidden charges. what you see is what you pay.

Oscar and the Right Pro team are the best. We live in an old bungalow that had knob and tube wiring and an old/dangerous electrical panel. Oscar was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and got the job done in the exact time frame that he’d estimated. He communicated with us throughout the process and kept a tight timeline. He uncovered a few electrical “hacks” that had been done by previous owners and helped us work through those.We’re so pleased to have found Oscar. Can’t recommend him and his team highly enough! A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.

West Houston Electric was very responsive and professional. Scheduling an appointment was very easy and communication with the front office team was seamless. The company was willing to accommodate my time constraints, sending a different tech to ensure the job would be handled within the time I needed. My tech was Theo. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He addressed the issue with our fan, so the work was completed to my satisfaction. Theo arrived in a marked van and I received a picture of him in advance of his arrival, which made me feel much safer. I have no complaints and plan to use WHE again for any future electrical needs.
