My tech was very nice and informative but why charge $526 to drain a hot water tank and install my gas control valve(that was covered under my warranty) that took less than one hour to do.

I have been calling turbo for years to carry out maintenance on my air conditioners and water heaters, I am a client because of the efficiency and economy of their work, I would never change them for anyone else.

We had Engleton Electric out today to fix an electrical issue causing our AC to keep turning off. Joe and his technician were awesome! They got us all fixed up and things are cooling off. Great company and awesome owner!

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

T & Z all services did remodeling for us for adding a full bath room at the second floor.We are very happy with the services they offered. The boss and management are very friendly and responsible. For every details they tried to give us a help. Whenever we called them for help, we got answers. All the workers from the electrician, plumber and construction are all very pprofessional and responsible.We strongly recommend this company.

Super polite and professional (which is rare for a lot of contractors) on my first call over to them. They had an appointment that had freed up the very next day so I booked the time slot on the spot.The next day, on time, Edgar called me to let me know he was 15-minutes away. He arrived promptly, had on PPE due to COVID-19 but pulled his mask down temporarily (as a courtesy) outside the door so we could see his face for safety reasons.Edgar then proceed to go over the diagnostic process, the flat fee that covered the diagnostic and any minor repairs (any major fixes are TBD fees of course). We agreed to the terms and he proceed to go to work on it. He found the issue quickly (home builder wired a 3-way switch incorrectly) and proceeded to fix the wiring.During the entire process, Edgar patiently educated me on the issues he found, and explained to me in details what he would do to correct the issues which was highly appreciated just because I love to learn new things (student for life). Definitely a well deserved 5-stars for Edgar and The Local Electrician! I just saved their phone numbers for any of my future electrical related issues and needs.

I was very pleased with Devon’s work. He was on time and very proficient in explaining exactly what he needed to do in order to repair my outdoor faucet. He worked quickly and was done before I knew it. He is also a very pleasant and personable young man.

Lane our service rep was really amazing. He came in very professionally and diagnosed our problem. Explained it so that we could all understand what the implications were for the repairs and helped us to make sure he left our house better than he found it. At first we were told it may be a little while for them to be able to fit us in the schedule but they were able to accommodate us and give us an earlier time. It was really great.
