Best Repair Project in Houston TX

I was a little Disappointed with the Punctuality because my appointment was between 10am and 12PM and My Technician was late without Informing me in advance. However my Technician Justin showed up and Fully recovered my assumption about the business over capability of providing me the service I'm looking for, he explained in a honest way for being late and I do Understand things happen. Justin was able to reassure me of trusting in the company doing the Job professionally and in a timely manner.. His Cander was open enough for me to gage his over manner to be straight forward and Honest in my opinion...I plan to move forward with my project and hope To give 5 stars on my next review but for Now Only Justin wellness to Face me and accept the responsibility for missing the appointment is my over all reasons for moving forward.!!

They came out to render an estimate for some work we are contemplating. The technician took pains to explain everything that would be required, listened to my concerns, and was quite helpful.

Had a light installed outside the garage and a whole house surge protector as well. Reuben did and excellent job. Would not hesitate to use them again.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

I have used Stoever-Parker for 20 years commercially. People do business with people and their representative has always exceeded our requests. Wish there were more companies like this.

The electrician they sent did a great job!

If you take that hands-on test, you best ask them to pay you. That test is literally half a day of work. Then they tell you, they don’t really have any work, just having people take the test for future work. Don’t waste your time.

Cruz, came in to restore my power after the winter freeze. He also helped on fixing my AC which didn’t turn on when power was restored. He also helped me on my plumbing issues. He works above and beyond!
