SERVICE TECHNICIANS,RENNY AND TOMAS, CAME TO MY HOME LAST WEEK TO REPLACE A GAS LINE TO OUR GARAGE APARTMENT. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. THEY WORKED QUIETLY AND ALMOST WITHOUT ANY BREAKS. FINISHED IN ONLY 5 HOURS. WHEN THEY LEFT, THE AREA WAS TOTALLY CLEANED UP. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TDT FOR PLUMBING REPAIRS.

These guys sent over a crack head looking guy with tattoos al over him smelling like weed. Worked on our water heater and couldn't fix it so charged us over $300 to tell us must be the controller and that would be an additional $750 to put a $150 part in. I dont suggest anyone tyo ever use these guys. Reporting them to Bbb. Just taking advantage of the elderly is what tbey do.

A rare find. Have been calling on Bobby and his team for several years as well as recommending them to friends and businesses without hesitation. These are people you can trust and do not mind having them work in your home. Recently had All-Tex replace 35 year old galvanized pipe in my home with cpvc. We discussed various options, pros and cons, and I decided that this was the way that made the most sense for our situation. ALL of the people on the job were professional and knew what they were doing. They even had plenty of patience for an inquisitive homeowner. As a follow up, Bobby has an excellent sheetrock repair person on board who came the day after the plumbing job was finished. Highly recommend All-Tex for all types of plumbing repairs and services.

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. This company is the worse, if I could give them a Zero I would. They don’t return phone calls. They were more concerned about selling me faucets than doing the job at hand. Took them weeks to call me after it was approved. When I told her that I already had my facet because I was changing my vanity. She said I have to let the technician know. So I’m like what’s the major deal if I have my own facets. After that conversation, I didn’t hear from these people for two weeks , by then I had gotten someone else to do the job. I told my warranty company to NEVER assign this company to me again.
