Following a partial home power failure including our AC and stove on a Sunday, Paul Richard Electric responded to my request for an emergency appointment (note: other businesses had a vm on a Sunday). Paul came as scheduled and diagnosed the situation, called CenterPoint Energy for us, laid out the potential scenarios and options. I have used Curtis Electrical twice. The first time I got competitive bids for the placement on an EV charger. He was much cheaper than the other 2 bids I received. He was on time, discussed placement options for the charger, helped me move equipment out of the way for the charger placement and even helped me move everything back.The second time I just used him and paid his standard hourly rate. Very happy with both installations.
