The initial phone conversation was professional and optimistic. There was a miscommunication via text on my part as I'm not familiar with the processes. I received a friendly phone call explaining everything and scheduled the appointment to upgrade my electrical panel. Very excited for the upgrade as this is my first home and I'm learning as I go!

The best place for any electrical work

I have never......NEVER......had such a great experience with service technicians of any sort, any where.We had an electrical issue that manifested itself 19 years after we had our house built. We tried calling all the repair services we had seen advertised on television, and a few that were local to our community. None of them could commit to getting to us that day, or even the next. Some even required an exorbitant (to me, at least......I call $199.00 exorbitant) trip fee......WHICH WAS IN ADDITION TO any repairs that were to be made--------HARD PASS!! Meanwhile, we are 100% without electricity to a major part of our house.I started a Google search and found Next Door. The young man with whom I spoke at Next Door was extremely polite and professional, and seemed to really care about our situation. We set up an appointment with Next Door for the next day.The repair team (Sal & Tae) that was assigned our repair called the next morning and told me they would be able to get to the house earlier than expected, and could be there within the hour if that would be okay.........(DEFINITELY!!!)UPON their arrival I explained to them what had happened and the area(s) affected. They immediately told me they knew what the problem was, and where it started. After a very thorough inspection, they had not only repaired the problem, but also checked every single outlet and switch in the affected areas to make sure there was no other damage done. Then they swept up and cleaned up and we were done.I can not recommend Next Door Electrical strongly enough. They are without equal, as darxas I am concerned. They have in me, a customer for life!

Called these guys to change a GFI on the outside of the house. Over the phone they told me that it should take less than one hour to change it, but they charge minimum of one hour to come out. I thought that sounded fair. Once the electrician got to my house, though, he took 2.5 hours to change ONE single GFI switch and handed me a bill for about $400. When I questioned him he became defensive and rude. I cannot believe that it can take a certified electrician this long to change one switch. Either this guy had no idea what he was doing or this company is scamming the public. I think all these wonderful reviews they have listed must be from their family members, because if this is the level of ethics that this company displays, I cant imagine how anyone can recommend them in all honesty. BEWARE!!!

Trying to sell a David Weekley home that is only 4 years old. Buyer's inspector found issues with the breaker panel. TX Electrical stood adamantly behind their work, but refused to give me a signed work ticket. Then, after way too much time and energy spent, the report they emailed to me was not professional (the worst I have ever seen). If their work was so defensible, then why was it like pulling teeth to get that sad excuse for a report? I had JD Precision come out for a plumbing issue the same inspector found, and the plumber said nothing was wrong, but they immediately emailed me professional report, including pictures to provide back to the buyer. Polar opposite experiences.

I needed the underground wiring (drops) replaced at our home and called several businesses to provide me with a quote. C A Electrical was the last company I called and this company beat all the other offers and even included an upgrade to my breaker panel and meter box, because he said that I needed it in order to be up to code. The owner was very professional, the work was high quality, and the the pricing was very affordable. I am a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend this company. Angel was very investigative with what was going on with our electrical systems. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. It was a great experience. Will definitely use this company for our electrical needs going forward.

For a small company they offered great service replacing our new upgraded underground power line, breaker box, meter box, adding our portable generator connection and an additional external outlet. All work was done extremely professional to code, work area cleaned and met to our satisfaction. Even though Smart Choice Electrical Services is small, they kept true to their word and time frame of completing all work....Job Well Done!!

I work in commercial/retail property management and my company has used CPL for all of our electrical needs over the last year, since we were first referred by a mutual business partner.From the very first job, we were truly impressed by the communication, professionalism, quality of work and value. Anyone who has worked with any of the skilled trades knows that finding a company that has ALL of these qualities truly is a needle in the haystack. CPL has completed jobs for us as simple as changing out one light fixture style to another to running new wiring tens of feet and have even done a few investigative fixes for us on some things that I certainly can't explain the minutiae of (but Chris, the operations manager can), I just know they got fixed...like the giant sign on the front of our building that sadly sat unlit for months and now glows beautifully!The bottom line is, you're going to get quality work at an honest price and you won't be in the dark about anything (no pun intended). Chris is very transparent and communicative about the whole process and while it may or may not sway your motivation to work with CPL, I don't think it should go without noting that he is a notably kind person to work with.

We had Engleton Electric out today to fix an electrical issue causing our AC to keep turning off. Joe and his technician were awesome! They got us all fixed up and things are cooling off. Great company and awesome owner!

Jolt Electrical diagnostically identified my issue and provided a fair quote for repair. They followed all required procedures (filing paperwork with the city, etc.). If there are ANY negative reviews from my neighbor, please be certain she is disgruntled and completely irrational. Jolt did everything they could to make her supposed claims, correct, and in response - she was rude and completely out of line. I put my FULL faith and backing behind Jolt.
