I had an appointment for a whole house generator estimate and it was a no call/no show. The appointment time frame was between 3-5 on Monday, February 7th. I even called several times and the phone line was BUSY. I rearranged my schedule for this appointment. I will go elsewhere for a generator estimate since I don't want to do business with a company that treats potential customers like this!!

Tyrell was great, did above and beyond and swooped in and helped me in a time of need, ensured everything was fixed and completed just as promised. Would recommend to others to use. First when others could not come when my house was having power fluctuations, Tyrell came out after 7 and did not charge after hours rates and made time because of how serious it ended up being. If it was not for him could have caused a disaster for my house.

We needed someone to fix our switch that stopped working. We had tried on our own and could not figure out the problem. I called Brotherly Love to come out and they came that exact same day! Their fee to diagnose the problem was reasonable and they were able to fix it quickly while they were here at no extra charge. Very kind and professional. I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

He did a great job installing everything and did not rush through even though it was an all day job!
