I have used this company twice now. They are very professional and prompt. The work is explained very clearly and completed in a timely manner. I would use them again for sure.

Had an estimate done by Mr. Sparky for a small job. There was a $60 charge. The estimate came in 4 times higher than 2 other no charge estimates by different electricians. Buyer beware.

I have worked with Midwest Electric for the last 5+ years on multiple projects to include new equipment install, audit repairs, annual inspections and repairs to electrical distribution equipment and plant improvements. Team is top notch, experienced, and will work with you on timeline and job expectations.

I find it hard to believe I've tolerated such a flawed wiring scheme for so long. When this electrician saved me, I was very grateful! In addition to doing a great job installing the light fixtures, he also managed to keep costs as low as feasible. He was able to set up every piece of equipment on our security system and even made it specifically for us!

Inspection has not passed from a project installing the manual transfer switch for the generator the inspection for this install failed and the permit has remained open since July 2021 all calls have gone unanswered from this company. We had the manual transfer switch installed for emergency generator capabilities and when the inspector came out to close the permit they found that there is not disconnect on the building side of the meter. This is a code violation. In order to fix this issue, the city of Houston is looking for “existing and new 1 line drawings” of the electrical in the facility. This has not been supplied as of today 4/8. I am reaching out to other contractors to have this resolved.

Had two 240v circuits installed after my appointment with Mr. Electric was postponed. I am very glad I called TD Stevens who provided a very competitive price with high quality work. I will continue to use them for all of my future electrical needs.

Demo old meter and replaced it with new meter! Outstanding work, professional and on time. I highly recommend this company for all electrical needs. The owner came out and he explained things in great detail, was very understanding and I wish all companies had their customer service skills. We received several quotes for the electrical work needed and this quote came in significantly lower, and he wasn't trying to pay for his kids' college with our job. I put this companies' business plan up there with Chick-fil-a. A company that comes out when they say they will, and they did what they said they would do.Stellar Company.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

West Houston Electric is a very dependable company with great technicians. Rolan installed my EV charger and some associated work. He was knowledgeable, professional and polite. I was very happy with the job.

Marsha has no customer service, shes really rude. You cant understand when she picks up the phone or even thru conversation, did let her know i was having a hard time hearing, did ask if she can speak up and she just stay quiet. I just ended the conversation.

I recently had light fixtures installed in my home by this local electrician. He was really kind and performed a terrific job. Better things could not have been provided for me!
