Best New Breaker Box in Houston TX

Service tech was nice.he’s sent me this to review him. They haven’t actually performed any work yet so I cannot rate their performance in this area.

I had a whole house surge protector installed recently in Houston. They scheduled the work on a Saturday, which was the only day I could get it done. Sal called 10 minutes before the appointment and came in exactly on time (no pun intended). Sal was very courteous and got the job done fast. Left me a card to call him directly with any issues. This is the second job I have them do and would hire them again.

Response was prompt. The electrician did his job, no complaints. However, all I needed was to replace the ballast on a 4-tube florescent light. Worker first told me that the ballast was odd or unusual. Next he tried to upsell me on either replacing the whole fixture or refitting it for LED lights. I refused. Turns out he actually had the ballast needed in his van. Total cost for a 30 minute repair job? $454 even after a $69 discount! Total ripoff. Get estimates from somebody else before you hire these guys.

Lightning struck my home and did serious electrical damage. Right Touch assessed the damage, gave me several detailed options to consider, and followed through with service work which was high quality and very professional. I highly recommend Right Touch.

I had a whole house standby generator and automatic transfer switch installed at my 3 story townhome. It was not an easy installation as I had high expectations for the outcome of the final product. With the possibility of a potential storm or hurricane moving into the Gulf next week, we were desperate in getting a backup generator inlet box for our home in order to use our portable gasoline generator safely and effectively. Within 24 hours of my phone call a two man crew from Houston Pro Electrical Services were professionally installing my equipment! They tested the system with the generator and gave us clear instructions on how to safely use the system. While they we're there we also had them replace a light switch and install a new bathroom light fixture for a nominal fee. The whole installation along with the extras took them no longer than 3 1/2 hours. We were impressed, thank you!

Our baseboard heater was not working suddenly and we needed a quick fix. We contacted this company and they were very cordial on the phone. We called Local Electrician to perform a Panel upgrade and install Generator Transfer switch and connections. Sean assessed the work and gave us a fair price for the work on a Friday. They had an opening available for Monday. Lee called to let us know when to expect him and started on time. The local electrician team supported him throughout the day with supplies and support. He was very professional and extremely thorough, with attention to detail and happy to answer any questions I had. 245 P.M TODAY KATY FREEWAY BEFORE HWY 6 ONE OF YOUR GUYS GOING 95 MILES PER HOUR ALMOST KILLED OR FAMILY. HE LOOKED DRUNK AND HE RAN US OFF THE ROAD AND CAUSED US TO HIT THE BARRIER. WE HAVE A 3 YEAR OLD BABY THAT WAS TERRIFIED FROM THIS BECAUSE I WAS YELLING OMG WE ARE ABOUT TO DIE!! WE ARE GOING TO FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST HIM & COMPANY. I LEFT A VOICEMAIL WITH FOREMAN.
