Victor troubleshooted my electrical problem as a defective neutral wire going from the transformer to the breaker box. Centerpoint stopped by last night and confirmed that to be the problem.The job involved a deep trench about 25 ft long and two feet deep as well as a new power box and meter box mounted 15 feet away from the existing ones. Victor saved us a lot of expense and precious time by rerouting the electric line rather than breaking up my patio porch to lay it where the previous line ran.The crew took their time and did a hi quality job. It was very hard work but they stayed on schedule.David, the master plumber who arranged the permits and calls to Centerpoint, went far and above what most companies would have done. Upon completion of the job, the Centerpoint crew was supposed to hook up my power but determined since the permit wasn’t issued, they couldn’t do the job until everything was completed. But David had completed everything and the city was slow to process the permit. David and the crew went back and forth for thirty minutes. He stood his ground until the crew checked with the city and found out they were slow to process it. I was amazed how hard he fought for us since Centerpoint is a monopoly and seems to get their way more times than not. We would have tossed out a lot of once frozen food and would have had to find alternate lodging if he had not been successful. Thanks a million David! My wife’s happy!

Michael came out promptly and got to work right away figuring out what the problems with my power wire and fix them in a very very short amount of time when I need other issues fixed I will definitely call Mister Sparky to come back out

We contacted Harmony Electric for help with a rental property. The electrician promptly set an appointment and evaluated the house. He outlined the problems, gave me three options to fix the problems and what each option would require (e.g., labor, cost, time, etc.). We agreed to an option and he completed the work within the week. Not only were we pleased but the renter was happy with the professionalism and quality of work. I highly recommend Harmony Electric and am very happy with their professionalism, quality of work and timeliness!!!

Mid-West has done an excellent job for us for several years now. We recently moved into a new facility and they were not only prompt and professional but also found ways to save us costs.

Customer service was very poor. I spoke to DUANE who says he's the manager was condescending & unprofessional & hung up the phone on me. I have never experienced a total lack of respect like this. We recently purchased a home with a generator & called Wired to come service it since we have no experience with generators. The tech who came out was timely & courteous but when we asked about a gas meter to run the generator he didn't know & said to call his manager for more info so I did. The manager said to call Centerpoint to install the meter then call him back, so I did. When I called the manager back to request follow up service (as he directed me to do), he said I had to pay the full fee again & when I questioned the fee he became argumentative and extremely rude. Will NEVER use this company again. BEWARE!

I just had my first semi-annual Generac generator maintenance service. The technician was very professional & courteous. And, he explained what he completed and the status of the generator. While I am a new customer since Wood Electrical Services installed my generator last June, I am a satisfied customer.

I am so very happy with the service and recommendations provided by Mr. Sparky Electrical company! Ryan B. was very professional and took the time to explain and answering all my questions. He did a great job installing everything and did not rush through even though it was an all day job! Where most companies are cutting corners to leave faster, Ryan and the team inspected every detail to ensure it was done right. He made great recommendations and none that were unnecessary. He explained all my options so that I was able choose what was best for our home. I highly recommend Mr. Sparky and the friendly service Ryan B. provided! Thank you for a great job!

CA Electrical Contractor did a great job and went beyond the job scope to show good customer service. Even when there was an issue that was unrelated to their service which they didn't cause, they were willing to come out the next day and explain how they hooked up their lines which ultimately help us pinpoint the actual issue.
