Paul is a great electrician, and great guy! He puts a huge emphasis on quality work and customer satisfaction. I am a former employee of Paul's, and while he's now the competition, I can still say with extreme confidence that I highly recommend Paul Richard Electric.

This company completed an expensive job for us. Within, 3 days they sent the invoice and threatened collection. How crazy is that? I happily paid the bill in that exact same week that the work was done. Even though they did a good job, I would not recommend a business that treats it's customers this way.

Something blew Sunday in the panel. Unfortunately it was the surge protector which had to be replaced. I trust them. Always honest and do good work.

Knowledge of my problems, Sean's recommendations on what I need to have done to further protect my home, he didn't break from protocol when I told him that he didn't have to wear his shoe covers, and he was extremely polite and came over as honest to me. He represented Your company, in my opinion, with the highest standards of professionalism. I intend on using this company to install my Ring tone equipment on our new home whenever we purchase everything. I will also be recommending this company to my neighbors and anyone else for any kind of electrical problems because somehow I doubt that you would have just one employee like Sean.

Anthony (eletrician) was an hour late to our house. His excuse was that his phone was out of batteries and that he didn't have GPS. Very unprofessional right off the bat.He poked around the breaker box in the house and the meter outside. From what he saw and measured with the voltmeter, nothing was wrong. He said that there was no way he could troubleshoot. Then he said he would check the breaker box again with another gadget and miraculously found the issue. His solution was for us to call CenterPoint.This whole process took less than 30 minutes and he ended up charging the full hourly rate of $148 per hour. Because he did not have a working phone, I went inside to grab my credit card to call the office to pay. I was greeted by the lovely Laura (wife of the owner). I asked her a few questions about the rate and why it was fair to charge customers for the full hour when the electrician only performed half an hour of work. She immediately started to raise her voice and yelled at me. She said that the rate was fully disclosed and that there was a minimum flat rate of $148 for the first hour (which was not mentioned at all in a previous call when we inquired about the rate). After a couple more rude exchanges, I ended up paying. She mentioned that the electrician would stay the full hour and inspect the house (i.e. change light bulbs), which I declined because I just wanted him out. I went outside to get the invoice from Anthony but he was no where to be found. Again, very unprofessional.I notified Laura that Anthony had left. She said he would come back with the invoice, but he never did.This was one of the most frustrating and worst experiences I have ever had and would never recommend Harmony Electrics to anyone I know. There are glowing 5 star reviews on Yelp, but I struggle to see how this company could deliver such service.

I represent a large beverage company and Mid-West has been one of the best electrical companies that we have worked with. Quality first is critical. Mid-West also has delivered quickly and precise on scheduling and project management. I expected a few dates to slip but they have had success delivering on time and working through the permits process and utility process correctly.

Five star recommendation for Nextdoor Electric. I had a light fixture and dimmer switch installed in my kitchen. Their estimate was the much lower than the other estimates and very fair. Tae gave me the estimate and did the install that same day. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and did excellent work. I have been searching for an electrician that is trustworthy for awhile and I have finally found them with Nextdoor Electric.

I had a tech come to replace a bunch of light switches and outlets (changing from beige to white) among other things. After he left I noticed that one of the switches he replaced wouldn't turn off, so the light (in a closet) was on and couldn't be turned off. I called this morning to ask to have someone come out and fix their mistake and was told that since I provided the materials (a basic light switch from Lowes) their warranty did not apply so I would have to pay the fixed service call charge plus time and materials. I was pretty surprised - I mean, shouldn't there have been some quality control in the installation process such as turning the light on and off to make sure it was working before he moved on to the next one? And let's be real - everyone buys the same exact light switch hardware - this wasn't anything complicated. After arguing with the person on the phone, her compromise was that rather than insisting on charging me to have someone come fix their mistake, I could sign a Warranty Form that stated that if they came on site and determined that the issue was not their fault but was due to faulty materials provided by the customer, I would be charged for time and materials. So here's the summary: they came and did something wrong, then when I wanted them to fix it, they called it a warranty issue and I have to worry that if they come to fix it I might end up owing them another $200+. And on top of that I now have to find a new electrician!

We had a pleasure recently to have Curtis install couple of outside lights replacing 30-year-old ones, and repairing a ceiling light fixture (no longer available) inside our house. Apart from a very pleasant and highly professional demeanor, we were impressed with Curtis’ knowledge and obvious experience in the trade. This has made us feel completely secure and convinced that, after a few unsatisfactory tries with other electricians, we are finally getting the best service at a best price. We shall call Curtis for another project very soon and those of you who are reading this should call him too!

Don’t let the lack of reviews scare you away! I have used CA Electrical Contractor for both small residential and big commercial jobs (wiring commercial A/C, installing new electrical panels & transformer). Cruz is always easy to reach and his crew is on time. Quality work done in a timely manner at more than reasonable prices. I don’t hesitate recommending these guys to friends/family.

Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.
