Technician was awesome but I was charged way too much for a simple fix for the breaker and GFC outlet. Took the tech 10 minutes max and all he did was turn off/on the breaker and hit the GFC button to restore the power to a few outlets. Owner quoted me on the phone for a 2 hour job and when I called to explain it took 10 minutes and to be reasonable, he refused. Should’ve quoted at 1 hour and not 2 and not assume. In the end his staff has awesome customer service and agreed with me and reduced the charges; owner definitely needs to take some lessons on business etiquette. I’m having pictures taken of my house tomorrow in order to sell it, and three rooms lost all ceiling light! I had to get the lights working or new lamps in these rooms ASAP. I called and they had somebody out to quote a price within an hour 1/2 and had the repair guys come out immediately after. They had everything fixed within an hour-2 and I’m so happy! Everyone was so nice and professional

I can't speak on cost because we were covered under our Direct Energy protection plan. I called & requested service for an issue with the switch in our son's room. It took an extra day for a response but that was due to fault of Direct Energy. This was also during June of the Covid 19 pandemic. They called to schedule a service & explained the process.The day of our service i received a call about 10 minutes into my service window & was told the technician would be arriving in 30 minutes.That was followed by a text introducing the tech & providing a tracker so I could follow up to his arrival.He arrived wearing a mask & applied his shoe coverings upon arrival. He asked the issue & I showed him the way.After a brief explanation he entered his work order & explained that indeed everything would be covered by by our service plan. It was just the switch, but i didn't feel comfortable trying to replace that.He asked me to sign off on the charges ($0) for the service he would be completing.The service was quick & simple but I appreciate the steps they did to keep me informed.Will use Mr Sparky again for additional electrical needs. Great job by done by all!

My technician re-diagnosed the problem and found that the root cause was much less expensive than what I had been told. He fixed the REAL problem.

First off I would like to say that I had a very dim lighting in both my kitchen and my garage (builders placed cheap fixtures). I requested a quote for candid lights and Mr. Cele gave us a very Reasonable quote for 7 candid lights. We were so impressed we asked Mr.Cele to come install 4 more. My husband has started to refer him to all his friends because he leaves his work very clean and professionally done.

I had a whole house standby generator and automatic transfer switch installed at my 3 story townhome. It was not an easy installation as I had high expectations for the outcome of the final product. We needed someone to install two chandeliers. Brian came out to give us a quote and explained everything professionally. He knew what he was talking about, so I was easily convinced!However, I did take one more estimate, but that electrician was not as convincing or showed much interest. He also kept on bragging about his previous work.So I decided to go with WHE. Excellent customer service, kept us posted via emails, and texted what to expect next. On the day of work, Brian came out as a main Electrician with his wonderful helper, they both were nice and cheerful. Work was done in a timely manner and both were meticulous in their work. They used shoe booties since we don't wear shoes inside the house. In fact, they vacuumed my house afterwards and put everything back where it belonged, superseding my expectations.
