Following a partial home power failure including our AC and stove on a Sunday, Paul Richard Electric responded to my request for an emergency appointment (note: other businesses had a vm on a Sunday). Paul came as scheduled and diagnosed the situation, called CenterPoint Energy for us, laid out the potential scenarios and options. Paul's commitment to helping us, providing detail cost alternatives and understanding of the entire electrical design (from transformer to unit) was spot-on.

I called A1 as it was a “Google guarantee” with 5 stars. I was given a time slot of 1-4pm. I didn’t even get a phone call from my technician until 4:08pm. He informed me he was 1 hour and 9 minutes away. This was already a bad sign. When he arrived at 5:28pm, on a Friday, he was a polite young man. I explained the situation and he did some checking. He tells me that he was done and he was going to leave. I was stunned. He did no tests. He didn’t open any platelets. I thought he would attempt to fix my problem, but he told me he would be submitting my information to his office and they would contact me. I asked how long that would take and he told me 45 minutes. It’s 3 days later bc I have yet to hear from anyone. This is unprofessional.

I’ve been converting a van to live in and end up doing the electric myself but I wanted a professionals opinion to confirm everything was correct. So I called up 4eighty electric and they were happy to help! They drove out to my house on time and went through everything with me. They also wired my water heater and I couldn’t be happier! They were easy going and really did me a solid. My van is now up and running on its own with no problems. Thanks so much 4eighty electric. I recommend their services for anyone. I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

Inspection has not passed from a project installing the manual transfer switch for the generator the inspection for this install failed and the permit has remained open since July 2021 all calls have gone unanswered from this company. We had the manual transfer switch installed for emergency generator capabilities and when the inspector came out to close the permit they found that there is not disconnect on the building side of the meter. This is a code violation. In order to fix this issue, the city of Houston is looking for “existing and new 1 line drawings” of the electrical in the facility. This has not been supplied as of today 4/8. I am reaching out to other contractors to have this resolved.

TD Stevens Electrical is awesome and a very great company to do business with. They are very honest from start to finish without over pricing you for high quality work, I had an emergency power outage at my warehouse and Mr. Stevens was there in 30 minutes and fixed the problem on the spot. TD Stevens Electrical has also wired and installed the electricity panels to all the mobile office trailers that we have on site, along with installing all the electrical batteries used for the electric forklifts. We highly recommend TD Stevens for all of your electrical needs.

Daniel installed new pendant lights over the kitchen island for us. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. The new lights look and work great! We plan to use Brotherly Love for all our electric needs.

I have used Oscar and his team twice now. Once to replace my breaker box and the second time to do some smaller jobs. Both times Oscar was a joy to work with, communicates when he’s on his way, shows up on time, does a thorough job, is honest and straightforward about the work he does. I will continue to call him anytime I need electrical work done at my home!

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

This company is exceptional! They are polite, professional, honest and do excellent work. I was extremely impressed. It is very difficult to find a business that operates with integrity. Lutz Electrical Contracting does just that. I really cannot recommend them highly enough. I almost never leave reviews, but I felt, after my experience with them, that I must. I want other people to know that there is an electrical contracting company out there that treats their customers respectfully, fairly as well as provides a highly skilled service.

Life savers! Had to replace the electric panel, called Thursday afternoon, they were here and ready to work at 8:45 Friday morning. Extremely nice, they took care of everything! Definitely recommend them.

With the possibility of a potential storm or hurricane moving into the Gulf next week, we were desperate in getting a backup generator inlet box for our home in order to use our portable gasoline generator safely and effectively. Within 24 hours of my phone call a two man crew from Houston Pro Electrical Services were professionally installing my equipment! They tested the system with the generator and gave us clear instructions on how to safely use the system. While they we're there we also had them replace a light switch and install a new bathroom light fixture for a nominal fee. The whole installation along with the extras took them no longer than 3 1/2 hours. We were impressed, thank you!
