I called A1 on short notice Saturday afternoon. The guys showed up and did a fantastic job right away. They were friendly, polite and very clean. They even left to find supplies needed to finish the job that I had forgotten to purchase. I will certainly call them again the next time I’m in need of electrical work and highly recommended them to anybody needing the same. If I could give them 6 stars I would!!

While the service tech was very knowledgeable and friendly, the prices are outrageous. I had a 120 outlet put in for my new gas stove and replaced the outside switch for my compressor. This work took 45 minutes and they charged me $850. Even after considering they doubled the cost of the switch and GFCI outlet, I figure their labor rate to be about $300/hr. That is three times the going rate.

They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. Had an electrician come out and take a look at an overstuffed junction box. Not only did he clean up the mess and hazards but he also hung the light in short order! The free safety inspection was painless and informative and the light touch sales technique left a good impression. I will be calling West Houston Electric again and insist that they send Brian out.

Curtis does amazing work! The light in my laundry room had been out so long that when he finished installing, I needed sun shades. I love my new fan, you can’t go wrong working with Curtis. I’ve got a few more projects and will definitely be contacting him.

We built a new home and the builder used them for the electrical work. They did not do a good job. Really bad positioning of light switches, switch plates are loose, walls have been pushed in by forcing switch plates on the wall, cracks by switch due to these forced switch plates. The only way I could get them to come take a look after we moved in was to hold their money. They still didnt fix my walls and said they dont do sheet rock work. Which means they break it but dont fix it. Not to mention 2 of the breakers (washer/dryer and kitchen wall plug breaker) keep tripping. It's been a year but I am still finding these details as far as the switch plates and not happy.

Had Anthony Work on two outlets I couldn’t figure out……. ( were not working ) checked my breaker, and outlets…… He checked it out and figured it out in minutes. ( I feel clumsy but he’s the specialist so it was gravy for him ) then repaired my NONworking doorbell and he fixed that in minutes too.Very Satisfied with A1’s work, I will be calling again soon for small and large projects as well as advise my friends and family about their work.HIGHLY SATISFIED
