I had a whole house standby generator and automatic transfer switch installed at my 3 story townhome. It was not an easy installation as I had high expectations for the outcome of the final product. Their prices compared to other high end electrical companies are very competitive, but the work was 100 percent quality.They arrived at the exact time they said they would. I even forgot to buy light bulbs for our pendant light fixture over the island and they ran to Lowe’s and got them for me! A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. Trying to sell a David Weekley home that is only 4 years old. Buyer's inspector found issues with the breaker panel. TX Electrical stood adamantly behind their work, but refused to give me a signed work ticket. Then, after way too much time and energy spent, the report they emailed to me was not professional (the worst I have ever seen). If their work was so defensible, then why was it like pulling teeth to get that sad excuse for a report? I had JD Precision come out for a plumbing issue the same inspector found, and the plumber said nothing was wrong, but they immediately emailed me professional report, including pictures to provide back to the buyer. Polar opposite experiences.

West is good about notifying you about appointments and when electrician will arrive. Ryan had to do some analysis to sort out problems but did so and had repair parts on truck. He was polite, friendly and competent.

I have used Curtis Electrical twice. The first time I got competitive bids for the placement on an EV charger. He was much cheaper than the other 2 bids I received. He was on time, discussed placement options for the charger, helped me move equipment out of the way for the charger placement and even helped me move everything back.The second time I just used him and paid his standard hourly rate. Very happy with both installations.

Made an appt for 50ft high soffit lights exchange. I could not find exact matching replacement lights in loews or Home Depot before the anppoint and I had to order from Amazone. I rescheduled, and was charged 95 dollars for first visit. First, I was not notified of the fee until the day of the job. That is excessive and not good customer service.

Lutz provided quality contracting services for my home. Their sub-contractors were very high quality and their project manager went above and beyond to make me happy. They are not inexpensive, but quality work is not cheap. I would not hesitate to hire them again and recommend them to friends.
