We have a 7k sqft facility and had a budget electrician come and replace about 100x fluorescent tube lights only to have all of them and more burn out in under 3-4 months. Mr. Electric tracking is useless. It doesn't tell you arrival time. I still give them 5 stars because Robert is so good. Robert Untermeyer did a great job identifying electrical problems & fixing them. He selected the best bathroom heater/fan for my needs, which was extremely helpful. Will use Robert in future for all electrical needs.

Andre was prompt, efficient and professional. He explained what he was doing and why, he was very reassuring about priorities and safety. He stayed longer after the repair to check which circuit was overloading and why, and was able to narrow it down to a space heater that was pulling too many amps, so this won’t happen again, and won’t destroy any wall plugs. He was able to give me a quote to redo the whole thing but there was absolutely no hard sell or scare tactics. I’ve been looking for a company to be our go-to; and I’ve definitely found it.

We had a great experience with this company. It as very easy to set up the initial appointment, the tech showed up on time, was very knowledgable, and the price was fair. We needed a breaker in our panel replaced and also had him add a hook up to the panel for a portable generator. Shaderick was the technician and he explained all of the options, suggestions, etc.... and on top of that he was a very nice guy! Highly recommend.

He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.

Ohms did some work for me a couple years ago and did an excellent job. So I recently asked for a quote to do some additional work and they were very disappointing to work with this time around. It is unfortunate that their customer service is going to cost them this work and future work with me.The details - They failed to get me the first quote, and I had to call them to find out what happened and to get a second visit arranged. They then failed to show up for the second visit. When I called to find out what was going on, they fabricated a story that I had called them and said that “I was confused and didn’t want to get the work done”. After expressing my frustration, Tonya at Ohms proposed sending me a quote without having to do another visit, and recommended that it would make sense for my situation to split the work up into two quotes to tackle one at a time. The quote I received was not split and was incorrect in a few places. When I asked her to make the corrections, part of which was reducing the scope of work, she increased the cost by 30% in the updated quote, citing that the reason was efficiencies lost by having to make multiple trips (Ohms is 10 min from my house). She then lied to me for a second time when she stated that she never recommended multiple trips. It was at this point that I chose to go with another service provider.
