Mr. Electrical send Mr Robert and his team (also named Robert) and they did a great job, took the time to explain to me the issues, showed me the items that needed repair after the inspection, documented with photos and provided all the options and even advice in additional electrical repairs I was planning (outlet replacement).

Josh was very professional and thorough. I appreciated his recommendations for issues I wasn’t aware of.

Horrible!!! Chris took the front panel off of my breaker box (a first) and told me it needed replaced. When he replaced the cover, he only put 3 of 4 screws. He was very away. I saw him drop the screw from the top right then take the bottom left screw out to replace it. I waited until he was preparing to leave before I asked if he was going to replace it. He also went to the back of the house for no apparent reason. When he returned, he told me that the electric meter was pulling on the breaker box. When he took me to look, it was very apparent that the damage was just done. The area where the screw was pulled from the siding was fresh. All this for an estimate for 2 ballast replacements ($150-$300 job). He then told me that the repairs would be $1,102 and he would do the ballast replacement free. LOL REALLY!!!???Less

Their is a lady that works here that is very rude. I did not get her name because she never offered it. We were having a polite discussion until I asked her why on a question. Apparently, if you question her, she yells, cusses and hangs up the phone. One time calling was all it took for me to not contact them again. Also look at the other one star responses. What is said and their reply is all you need to know about what they truly think of people.

I wanted a transfer switch installed on the circuit breaker panel of my old house so I can power it with an external generator after storms. Jeremy Friedner came out immediately, checked it out and gave me a quote. It was pretty pricey, but I said O.K. since I'm a firm believer in using pros. He and another electrician came out a few days later--right on time--and installed it in 2-3 hours with no muss or fuss. It works perfectly! My single minor gripe is that they didn't wear masks. But since the work was done outside and in the garage, I'm good with it. Five stars.

Not the cheapest but pretty reliable company. They do good work. Does service Generac generators.

Ray and Tommy were fantastic and communicative about the process for installing the generator. They did an excellent job installing the various components including a transfer switch and instructing me on how to use the generator. Would highly recommend Brotherlylove for future services.

Malcolm ran and connected the wiring and transfer switch for our standby generator and we couldn't be happier with the work that he provided. He took his time figuring out the layout of the transfer switch and wiring to make sure it was done right the first time. He was on time and kept us in the loop on the progress of the job. We will definitely be using him in the future and referring him to everyone that needs electrical work done.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

Lone Star Electric was owned by another and 5 years ago under previous management, a new electrical panel was installed upside down at a client's home and would not pass inspection when they went to sell it. The homeowner reached out to Lone Star Electric 5 years later (present day) and asked if they could help resolve this problem. Though they did not own Lone Star Electric at the time, the current owner/management , stood by their name and their work, and sent two electricians out to my client's house and spending 4 hours working on rebuilding and correctly installing the panel, all at absolutely no charge to my client! Their professionalism is unbeatable and though I personally had not used them for electrical services prior to this, I am very very impressed and will recommend them to all my clients! Good work Lone Star Electric!

This guy is a jerk. While driving home this truck is tailgating me. I pulled over to let him pass. I honked at him to let him how rude he was being. He pulls next to me and tells me I'm driving to slow. I was going the legal speed limit. Begins pounding on the side of his truck. To show me how the name of the company he supposed to own. Totally unprofessional behavior. I will never do business with you or your company. My advice is to stay away from person.

With the possibility of a potential storm or hurricane moving into the Gulf next week, we were desperate in getting a backup generator inlet box for our home in order to use our portable gasoline generator safely and effectively. Within 24 hours of my phone call a two man crew from Houston Pro Electrical Services were professionally installing my equipment! They tested the system with the generator and gave us clear instructions on how to safely use the system. While they we're there we also had them replace a light switch and install a new bathroom light fixture for a nominal fee. The whole installation along with the extras took them no longer than 3 1/2 hours. We were impressed, thank you!
