That word is Excellent. From the moment Brandon knocked on my door, to the moment he completed the service, he displayed a full array of know-how, understanding, and focus. The service call at my residence involved multiple problems. I explained the problems to Brandon and he went to work solving them. I was especially impressed by his methodological way of diagnosing and approaching the problems with an eye toward solving them. He then arranged his work to attack each other problems in an order that clearly demonstrated that he knew what he was doing. One of the electrical problems that I was facing required Brandon to make a second trip to the supply store. When I was able to return to my call with the Mr. Electric representative, although I apologized, she did not seem irritated or bothered that it took me so long to get back to the call. In this day and age where so many people seem to be irritated with the smallest of things, it was like a breath of fresh air for the company representative to be so patient and understanding with me during the service call scheduling phase.I was also impressed with the company's process and system for staying in touch with me as the service call date was upcoming. I really liked the information that the company would send to me via text message as the service call date was forthcoming. Instead I was pleasantly surprised and relieved. Justin arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and efficient. He did a few basic investigations first and quickly found the problem instead of jumping into an unnecessary and expensive project. He then explained what was happening and why as well as showed us the issue. Moreover, he suggested multiple options to fix our issue, some of which wouldn't require their services. I appreciated Justin's and Mr. Sparky's honesty and straight forwardness. I would definitely call them again and will absolutely recommend their services to our friends and family.

I am opening a coffee shop without a general contractor for the buildout. Halfway in my electrician bailed the job. I then have dealt with many electricians in town to finish the job and have realized how much you can be ripped off by these guys. Finally I found Dennis and Laura. Best people I have ever met. They charge you for the fair amount, not trying to scare you with other potential problems just to make more money. Try other electricians and you will know! These are honest and genuine people, and I really appreciate them considering how cruel the construction market is..
