By far my best experience with an electric service in the area! They were easy to schedule a same day appointment then upon arrival quick to diagnose the problem. Had the pleasure of meeting several employees and Paul too, all of whom were very professional and courteous. Will definitely refer them to my friends and family and saved their number immediately. After a mix-up of what work was to be done, John, the President of On-Time, personally reached out to me and ensured that I was taken care of. I was very impressed with the customer service that the company as a whole put forth. It's also always a plus that the President is hands-on in his company and truly cares about his customers.

The electrician, John N, assigned to work my request is an excellent professional. He commands an impressive knowledge of electrical & building codes. He is personable, explained my service options and worked efficiently. I am grateful for his keen observations including the identification of melted insulation on feeds from my power provider. My power provider immediately dispatched a team to fix the short/fire hazard. I assume John’s work is representative of Mister Sparky’s commitment to safety and quality, so I will trust them to service future electrical work.

These guys are awesome! Josh and Ruben planned together and explained to me exactly what they would do before performing the work. Josh even fixed another little problem I had at no charge. I give my highest recommendation. They are super professional and clean, and the owner has a big heart for people in need.

I needed a manual interlock and inlet installed for my portable generator. They had to wait for parts since the demand was so high after the winter storm. When parts came in they set up an appointment the next day and showed up on time. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. They also had the best price. I highly recommend this company for your electrical needs.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

Scam company don't pay there anything intel they finish the job, the city of Houston should go check them and stop them from scamming people .
