I have used Right Touch Electrical several times for lighting fixture installs and a breaker box issue. I completely trust this company and Sean, the electrician I use, is very professional and friendly. I am 100% happy and plan to use them exclusively for my electrical needs.

They are a dishonest and terrible company. Taking advantage of customers with a $148 service call fee that they do not inform you on beforehand... and then later lie about it. I agreed on the $40 amount with the technician paid in cash for 5min of work, resetting a switch. Just now posting because I saw this bill with a made-up story where they tried to get me to pay even more. Stop lying to customers guys and you won’t get this rating.

Mid-West Electric is my preferred electrical contractor.. I can choose any electrical contractor I want to use and. Always choose Mid-West.. their service is second to none.. we have tight finishing deadlines on our stores and Mid-West always comes through! If I need help with an emergency, they are always there.. not only there.. but there quickly. They are the ultimate professional group and more than qualified.. their quality and speed are second to none..I personally work with Buford Steward and can tell you no matter the situation, he always makes me feel like I’m his number one client.. 100% recommend Mid-West Electric.

Today I just had Wired Electrical services install a interlock on my panel so I could connect a generator to my homes electrical system. They also installed a plug to connect the generator, a 110 outlet, and a ground rod. The VP, Ben, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The electrician who came to the house, Anthony, was very knowledgeable, considerate, and conscientious about his work. They seemed to charge a reasonable price (much lower than some) and I was impressed with Anthony and his work. I would certainly call them again. Thanks Guys. Mark

Elvis and Joel are both great people. They came out to my business to replace the cable TAP box and had all of my tenants lights turned back on in no time.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

If you take that hands-on test, you best ask them to pay you. That test is literally half a day of work. Then they tell you, they don’t really have any work, just having people take the test for future work. Don’t waste your time.

Cruz, came in to restore my power after the winter freeze. He also helped on fixing my AC which didn’t turn on when power was restored. He also helped me on my plumbing issues. He works above and beyond!

I emailed Edgar Larios on 2/15/18, and I called Wendy Larios the next day when Edgar didn't answer my email. Wendy told me they would send a service man out. Today is 2/23/18. Edgar told the tenant he was out of town. So I called Wendy who told me she couldn't send anybody out. I was not happy and told her she should have told me at the time of my first call that we were waiting for nothing. She didn't even offer to send someone on Monday. I have always paid my bills with them immediately, even when I thought they shouldn't charge me $180 to examine the situation, and then $1500 to replace the box. Well, this forces me to find a better electrician that may not cost as much.

Who asked several questions about me and my years as an electrician. While we talked Jimmie showed a lot of interest in what i had to say.The people I talked to showed kindness and respect to me, that meant a lot to me
