They were Awesome!Working on a re-do, I needed pretty prompt attention initially in switching out several old outlets (old 2-prong outlets) and breaker box assessment before plumber would complete his portion. Contacted several Electricians that I had previously used (1 of 4 responded and he wasn't available) so in a moment of meltdown mode I began searching the internet. Nextdoor had good reviews from more than just a handful of folks so I took a leap of faith and completed the 'contact us' portion on their site and low and behold they returned my call within the hour and Sal came by shortly after lunch. He assessed the situation, provided a very fair and reasonable quote (slightly less than I anticipated) and returned the following morning to do the job. Sal is personable, professional and was a pleasure to work with!! I highly recommend them and will definitely add them to my Contact list for further electrical assistance. Mr Electric were there when I needed their help late one night. The lady answering the phone was professional and knowledgeable. It was not an emergency so I elected to have them come out the next day. Marcus was the electrician and he was the consummate professional- knowledgeable, honest, and personable. Marcus gave me my 3 options along with his professional opinion on each option. I decided on the safest option and Mr electric scheduled the work for the following morning since they would have to power off the house during the work. I could not be happier with Marcus’ work and with Mr Electric. I will use them in the future when anything goes wrong with my electric supply to the home. I just hope it will be a long while! LOL. Patriot Electrical services did a remarkable job installing my generator. Once Adam realized my predicament he pulled out all the stops to get my generator installed. After a few phone calls and texts and Adam coordinating with my propane provider he set a date for install. As happy as i was with Adam, his electricians were just as responsive and did an exceptional job on- site getting my generator installed. They were very professional, worked well with the propane installers, and were also very courteous. Best of all they cleaned up the work area completely before they left. They also took time to walk me through the operation of the generator. Big thanks to Pedro, Joseph and Adam for taking ownership of this project and seeing it to completion. Can’t thank you all enough.

Jolt installed a whole house generator for me. I paid for the generator upfront which was ~half of the cost, then the balance after install. Marilu took care of the administrative part dealing w/ permits & CenterPoint Energy. Vladimir handled the install. They both did a great job & made the process as painless as possible. They're also both very friendly & great about addressing any questions or comments I had.
