Best Electrical Issue in Houston TX

My technician, Mark, was friendly, professional, answered all my questions, and gave me a list of recommended options to solve my problem. He went above and beyond to perform the repairs and services I needed the same day, which exceeded my expectations. I will continue to use A1 Plus and recommend to friends/family, thanks to Mark.

After a mix-up of what work was to be done, John, the President of On-Time, personally reached out to me and ensured that I was taken care of. I was very impressed with the customer service that the company as a whole put forth. It's also always a plus that the President is hands-on in his company and truly cares about his customers.

Electrical problems on Saturday morning are never good......the entire breaker panel was out. Wasted 24 hrs trying to get Amer Home Shield to dispatch anyone for emergency repair. They authorized outside contractor Sunday afternoon.....our 1st call was to Mr. Sparky! Judith took our call...friendly, helpful & efficient! Within 2 hrs I received text that our technician, Baron was enroute. Judith also called to confirm. He was on time, very knowledgeable, polite & hardworking....we were in good hands. He worked til after dark installing new panel, then testing & marking all outlets, switches & breakers. He found we have some interior wiring problems, so that's next on list. Mr. Sparky is probably not the lowest price company, but why would I want a bargain electrical panel?! So happy with product, installation & customer service.....

I wanted an inbox surge protector and Oscar and Chris said that my panel was one that had then from a company that was out of business due to fires so they replaced that. They also redid whatever had to be redone in my fluorescent light fixture in the laundry room and put LED bulbs in with the proper equipment.Oscar and Chris could not have been more professional and polite, and in addition they explained everything so that I could understand it every step of the way. They were on time, responsive,and all-around great! I couldn’t be more pleased and happy with the results and with finding wonderful professionals like Oscar and Chris!

Curtis was a pleasure to observe as he performed the upgrade to my home.He texted an eta, then again upon arrival, keeping us aware of his schedule at all times.Work areas were kept impeccable, inside and out. His methods and skills were obvious tome, as he explained everything step by step through the process. The billing and contractwas plain English and easy to understand.I plan to hire Curtis Electrical again, as further improvements are made to my home.I sincerely recommend anybody needing the most professional contractor out there, call him.

Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.

House of Power did my new home. I was not totally happy with my builder but they did a great electrical job. During construction they were very helpful with great ideas for a finished product that my wife and I could not vision during construction. After our house closed we had no issues with their work. They also came in and finished out our bonus room and were right on target with other bids. Great expierience overall

The electricians were on time, professional, courteous and informed me of their process. They were here for two and a half days. At the end of the day, the electrician guided me and explained what had been done that day and what needed to be done next. On the last day I wanted to install a wall oven, but the socket had to be moved higher. When I asked him to take a look at the situation, he accepted the task without hesitation. I am very satisfied with the work done by Excel Electricians in Houston.

245 P.M TODAY KATY FREEWAY BEFORE HWY 6 ONE OF YOUR GUYS GOING 95 MILES PER HOUR ALMOST KILLED OR FAMILY. HE LOOKED DRUNK AND HE RAN US OFF THE ROAD AND CAUSED US TO HIT THE BARRIER. WE HAVE A 3 YEAR OLD BABY THAT WAS TERRIFIED FROM THIS BECAUSE I WAS YELLING OMG WE ARE ABOUT TO DIE!! WE ARE GOING TO FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST HIM & COMPANY. I LEFT A VOICEMAIL WITH FOREMAN.
