Best Electrical Issue in Houston TX

Excellent. Technicans arrived on time. Very courteous. Installed 6 wall sconces and 4 can lights and 1 ceiling light fixture. Also installed a 4 gang wall plate with dimmer function. Techs knew what they were doing After completing the work they cleaned up the work area. Very professional. Will definitely hire you guys again for future electrical projects.

Replaced all my smoke detectors, we have peace of mind that they all are up to date and working as they should.

Andre was prompt, efficient and professional. He explained what he was doing and why, he was very reassuring about priorities and safety. He stayed longer after the repair to check which circuit was overloading and why, and was able to narrow it down to a space heater that was pulling too many amps, so this won’t happen again, and won’t destroy any wall plugs. He was able to give me a quote to redo the whole thing but there was absolutely no hard sell or scare tactics. I’ve been looking for a company to be our go-to; and I’ve definitely found it.

Rip off. They wanted to charge me $80 for a $15 dimmer. When I questioned the price, thus said that the owner (Nathaniel) sets the prices and they have no control.Do not use unless you like being ripped off. They have lost a long term customer today.

Our kitchen outlets and appliances stopped working, and the breaker wouldn’t flip back. Each place we called charged an arm and a leg for same-day service. We called Oscar with Right Pro, and he took such care listening and advising us on the issue. The electrician, Chris, was here less than two hours later, and he was able to get the parts to fix our breaker quickly. He then went the extra mile to make sure each outlet worked correctly. So impressed by his professionalism and expertise! It is by far the best service I’ve ever received for any home repair, and it was at a very fair price. I’d highly recommend.

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.

We built a new home and the builder used them for the electrical work. They did not do a good job. Really bad positioning of light switches, switch plates are loose, walls have been pushed in by forcing switch plates on the wall, cracks by switch due to these forced switch plates. The only way I could get them to come take a look after we moved in was to hold their money. They still didnt fix my walls and said they dont do sheet rock work. Which means they break it but dont fix it. Not to mention 2 of the breakers (washer/dryer and kitchen wall plug breaker) keep tripping. It's been a year but I am still finding these details as far as the switch plates and not happy.

We needed some lighting work done and a new security system installed. After talking to a few people, we went with Vetcore, as they were suggested by two different people. We have had no issues, and while we were willing to pay a bit more for great service, Vetcore provided competitive rates and still showed up professional and with stellar customer service. The electricians were on time, professional, courteous and informed me of their process. They were here for two and a half days. At the end of the day, the electrician guided me and explained what had been done that day and what needed to be done next. On the last day I wanted to install a wall oven, but the socket had to be moved higher. When I asked him to take a look at the situation, he accepted the task without hesitation. I am very satisfied with the work done by Excel Electricians in Houston.
