Best Electrical Issue in Houston TX

Was able to get an appointment quickly for a plumber to come to my home to access and repair the damage.The plumbing technician Mr Johnson was very professional, polite, courteous, empathic and diagnosed and made the necessary repair.Julie from the Office was also very pleasant and helpful and informative.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

They arrived on time to find a water leak on the outside of the house on the connection to the meter. The ground was very wet, muddy making it very difficult to locate with the clay sticking to the tools. They ended up finding it after calling their Master Plumber. The repair was done very professionally. I am very happy with their services and would hire them again.

Andrew replaced a light switch. He made sure the work was done properly and professionally. He went the extra mile and took real pride in his work, something that is lacking in the world today, I would highly recommend Andrew and if you need an electrician, he's your guy.....a solid 10 imo

I originally called Turbo out for just an air conditioning evaluation, but Kenneth helped me understand how my system was running and what I was missing. He was very professional and personal. Kenneth helped me with a fast test to my system, and immediately noticed some ductwork issues I had missed. I greatly appreciate Kenneths personable demeanor and would highly recommend local AC services through them again.

Last week I called Turbo for an air condition installation in my house, they gave me a good service and the work was excellent.

The starter for the compressor went out last night and I called Turbo Home Services at 5:30am this morning and Michael was here by 10am and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was easy to talk to and was very quick in identifying and resolving the issue. Michael communicated the issues and he was able to get the AC back up and running as it should in about 30-45 minutes which was great! This is a really hot weekend in Houston so I am very happy that we have AC. Thanks Michael and Turbo!

We used Pickett Plumbing/Malek Electrical to install a whole house generator. The salesman was great and helped us with some issues we had with the office staff when scheduling. The installation teams were professional and keep us apprised throughout the day.
