They were very punctual and professional. When all of his service techs were out on service calls, Paul came out for our service call himself. Our kitchen electrical outlets were on the Fritz. They worked to find our problem and made all necessary repairs. They also replaced all of our hard wired smoke detectors. Paul & Juan were very kind and courteous. Thank you gentlemen for your commitment to excellent service!

Excellent company to take care of your electrical needs. We had to re schedule because right touch had some emergency repairs but I really appreciated all the calls that was keeping me updated. Ruben our service tech was outstanding, he explained in detail what was needed and suggested we update the box with a surge protector, which we will do soon. Thank you Right Touch. Excellent service. We have used Harmony Electric for several years. Does not matter what time we call and what the need is they are very fast at responding. They advise us of any issues when on site. Definitely would recommend them for business or personal home issues. Technicians are very polite and courteous at all times.

I find it hard to believe I've tolerated such a flawed wiring scheme for so long. When this electrician saved me, I was very grateful! In addition to doing a great job installing the light fixtures, he also managed to keep costs as low as feasible. He was able to set up every piece of equipment on our security system and even made it specifically for us!

After the big freeze in February I began my search for an electrician to install a generator.I started my search with a generator superstore because I was going use them for everything from sales to installation but when they told me a generator wasn't available until June/July. I knew I had to find a generator and someone to install it.Let me tell you, I called and met with 9 different electrician company reps and it was getting to be like speed dating. Met 1 sometimes 2 a day. I created a chart of companies, prices, availability (booked because of what's going on) and what their installation covered, plumbers, transfer switch installation, etc. Some wouldn't install a generator unless they sold it to you.I met with JP first. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Answered all of my picky questions. Even explaining how we could save on installation if we run piping above ground and not under. When meeting with JP, it was like he was being thoughtful of the customers needs. He was on your side.So Nathan the owner, was in charge of the project but then his wife gave birth. So then Daniel his business partner and team took over the project so that he could spendmore time with family. Rightfully so. There was excellent communication throughout the entire process. I never once felt like anyone had dropped the ball. Even while there were lots of service calls post great freeze.Text messages and emails were responded to in excellent time. If they didn't have an answer, they'd still respond saying they'd call CenterPoint for an update.I did not purchase my generator from Brotherly Love Electric but they do provide that service. I had bought mine as soon as I found one since they were pretty scarce.Things that impacted the price of installation that I did not expect was how far the Generator was from the gas meter and generator placement was set by HOA rules.I hope this review is helpful to my fellow reviewers and the great guys at Brotherly Love Electric.

If you need a company that cares about customer service, I highly recommend Right Pro Electrical Services. Oscar and his associate, Chris, will go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I had them replace two electrical panels, one of which was not up to code, resulting in significant damage to the pool equipment, pool fountain, freezer, and other household items. It was a two-day project which involved replacing two electrical panels, adding whole house surge protectors, replacing burnt-out gfci outlets, and rewiring wires that were not to code. They respected our home, ensuring they wore shoe covers when entering my home. Furthermore, they listened to my concerns throughout the process and took the time to address them rather than being dismissive, unlike other companies I have worked with in the past. This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

We’ve used West Houston Electric multiple times now. Michael has come out each time and he has done an amazing job! He is friendly and explains everything. We will always use this company for our electric needs! Highly recommend!

Marsha has no customer service, shes really rude. You cant understand when she picks up the phone or even thru conversation, did let her know i was having a hard time hearing, did ask if she can speak up and she just stay quiet. I just ended the conversation.

I highly recommend this electrician. He arrived at my house after I called him. He made sure that the wiring was in working order by performing a comprehensive inspection of the entire structure. And he fixed the range hood in my kitchen, too! Finding someone with your level of expertise and availability was a huge relief.

Scam company don't pay there anything intel they finish the job, the city of Houston should go check them and stop them from scamming people .
