I hired this company once, they were very professional, prompt, efficient, and affordable. When I had another issue, I hired them again and again.One thing that really impressed me was about 10 minutes before their arrival I received a text with a photo of the technician who would be arriving soon. I felt very comfortable with the technician as he patiently explained things to me. I would recommend this company for residential or commercial use, I have used them for both and was very satisfied.

On Time replaced the mast from the top of the meter to penetrate the roof so it would meet code. After the work was done the power would not reconnect the power since some work done by a previous owner. On Time made the necessary repairs the next day so power could be restored. They were punctual in all the appointments, explained the issues, and resolved the problem without issue.They are honest and I recommend them to any one.

Never ever again. Needed a new breaker. They said it would be a $39 charge to come out, fine come on they didn't tell me that there would be a 325.00 diagnostic fee, long story short it cost me 759.00 to replace a 30.00 breaker. That was sometime ago as I have been to mad to be civil but now I can I will never do business with these rip off artist again.

Asked for a quote to change out about 62 outlets and switches. I told them I would provide the outlets and switches. Guess how much their estimate was!! $8,876.50. !!!!I found other companies that only charged $1000.Pls don't waste your time with this company.

The garage didn't have an appropriate outlet to charge the new Tesla I was about to buy. Of course, the fuse box was on the other side of the house so Oscar and his team ran a conduit through the crawlspace to reach the garage. Their price, professionalism, courtesy and timeliness were all fantastic. On the price, it was 1/2 what a big name had quoted and with a superior rating (50amps vs. 30amps- I think I'm using the right terminology!). They also put in a surge protector on the fusebox. Still, way cheaper than the other guys.

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

OMG responded very quickly and took a hands on approach to calculating how big of a standby generator I needed to run my whole house. They relocated and replaced my main panel with a larger capacity panel, trenched and ran over 40' of conduit, set my generator and transfer switch/panel, contracted a plumber for the gas connections, pulled all permits and inspections with the city of conroe. He came out to do the panel load test on February 22nd, he started the job on the 28th and he was completely finished and inspected by March 15th. Overall an excellent experience... I definitely recommend OMG.
